- Idaho’s newest temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints has been dedicated. President M. Russell Ballard, Acting President of the Quorum of the Twelve Apostles presided at the dedication of the Pocatello Idaho Temple in three sessions on Sunday, November 7, 2021.

I can’t believe how fast this temple went up. I was last in Pocatello in summer of 2020 and they hadn’t even broken ground yet i don’t think. Amazing. Very exciting
They broke ground March 2019. But still, that's pretty fast like you said!
That's wonderful! I can't wait for other temples to get built, like the one that will be close to me!

I served a mission in the Idaho Pocatello mission from 1994 until 1996. Since I was a sister it was only 18 months and I sure enjoyed my mission there.

I am grateful to have been a missionary in Pocatello Idaho during the Hastening of the Work, and that I have been called back to this area to raise my family and to serve the community. This was a manifestation of the work of the Lord which has been occurring here and will continue to occur to prepare us and our posterity for living a higher law that we may be prepared for that great and dreadful day of the Lord.

It was so great to be there with my family. I'm so grateful for a Temple open house so close (3h) to me house. And there will be more open house to come! So excited!

Wow President Ballard was only in the UK last week. What a servant of the Lord and at 93!
Such a wonderful thing to see such a sacred sanctuary being opened in a time of such need!
There was such a feeling of joy and peace for the whole experience. It was also funny to hear President Ballard reading off the contents of the Corner Stone box and saw the Hymnal in it was from 1928; "Hey, that's the year I was born!" Really wholesome moment. Truly a blessing for this entire valley
We were there. Awesome experience.
Thought of this:
"For the eternal purposes of the Lord shall roll on, until all his promises shall be fulfilled." - Mormon 8:22
Also thought of:
"Go up to the mountain, and bring wood, and build the house; and I will take pleasure in it, and I will be glorified, saith the Lord." -Haggai 1:8
The Lord DOES love the youth of His church and this Holy House of the Lord will bless this community more then they will know.

Se ve que en Estados Unidos por lo general construyen templos amplios, obvio, hay más bautizados.
Es un templo bellísimo, me encanta, se ve desde todas partes.
