    Over time, I think you will appreciate having the Blind Spot Monitoring Indicator on the interior vs. exterior side mirror. It works well being within peripheral vision, and will prompt you quicker than you can turn to look in mirror. Especially in rain or winter conditions, when the side mirror can be obscured by rain, fogginess or snow.

    • @coffeecomputersandmore2300
      @coffeecomputersandmore2300  8 месяцев назад +3

      After driving this for a while my opinion on that system has changed. While I still look in the side mirror my field of view does now pick up the orange light and I don’t even need to turn my head. It’s almost less of a distraction now that I don’t have a side mirror light going off. I like it! I think I’m gonna do a 30 day update soon after I get a few more upgrades that I ordered in the mail!

    I had a 2022 Elite Passport and loved it but the mileage was bad (17.8 mpg lifetime). It was such a unique SUV with drivability and off road ability. I traded it for a CRV Hybrid and it's getting almost 2.5 times the MPG's. Different SUV's for sure but the Passport is a great jack of all trades vehicle. It does need the Pilot refresh bad though.

      I’m sure the Passport will get a refresh in 2025 so yeah, a few extra bits would have been nice for 2024. I plan to keep this one for a long time and maybe get something a bit more fuel efficient in a few years.

    Hey you won’t need this for probably a couple years, but the transmission after you do a lot of highway miles in a row (I did 2 660 mile round trips this month and that did it) might seem sluggish, to fix it put the car in accessory mode (start button twice but no brake) then floor the accelerator til the check engine light flashes and turns off. It’ll reset the adaptive transmission tuning
