- This is Kevin's first dvd, which was filmed by him and his associates in 1995. Kevin is HUGE and ripped. An entertaining dvd with lots of information and pumped muscle. Mocvideo attained rights to this movie and was in charge of distribution.

Man I remember those days, we all idolized Kevin saw him go from city to state show wins in 1990, then juniors and the national's. We had to pool our money together to call golds in venice the day after the 92 olympia to see who won. Trained at that powerhouse many weekends..would drive up against the beach traffic heading to Ocean city. Ate at Mo's each time we went up. Also got to go to Parillos gym in glen burnie. Man, will never forget seeing kevin squatting 700lbs barefoot. Trained like a beast. Thanks for posting this I bought the original VHS when it came out, but lost it many years later moving around.
I remember the 1st look I had at Kevin. ESPN had the Junior Nationals the year Kev won it. I believe he had a ponytail then. He's been my favorite physique all these years. I still have the VHS tape of that show that I recorded off the TV

I remember that day because I was doing chest cables and then started doing karate kicks afterwards. I remember Kevin doing those karate kicks later. He use to tell me show me some moves baby. It's pretty cool to see this on You Tube. Thanks for uploading video.

This guy was the first bodybuilder who drew me into the sport. Just a year or so after this video came out. He stood out to me like no one else, his arms/Tris mostly but his overall shape too. He had a physique/structure like a designer designed him.

Loved the blow back to the 90"s, especially highlighting Levrone. Such a change in beleifs and approach to the sport today. The 90's guys had very little evidence based research to direct them and therefore very little science based evidence, and yet they still looked great and amazed and inspired us all. Thanks for sharing

Kevin Levrone was extremely genetically blessed. He'd workout at most several months per year, typically working out and growing into his contests. I often wonder how many MR OLYMPIA contests he might have won had he dedicated himself as much as a Shawn Ray, Dorian Yates, or Big Ronnie Coleman. Nevertheless, Levrone was and is one of the IFBB greats of all time and definitely a favorite bodybuilder of mine.
