What could possibly go wrong? :D But on a more serious note - it would probably optimize quite a lot to remove all unnecessary weight on the blade - ie. at least all the handle material, and everything below what you need to securely mount it. A shorter blade too would be helpful too, not only for the weight (and thus maximum vibration frequency) but because there would be less flexing that steals energy. The control would then also be a lot tighter and not all over the place. Safer too (lol, jk, nobody cares about that :P) There is a reason that ultrasonic blades are all pretty short and fat. Even if you had an engine that had enough power to vibrate at those speeds, this length/thickness/hardness of blade would tear itself to pieces under those forces. An actual "vibrosword" would probably need a far more exotic material than steel, if it would even be possible.
