Brett: This is one of the single best podcast episodes I've ever seen. These guys are doing a great job on the front end, but don't yet understand the back end. They should be doing seller financing to their best employees, with an ongoing industry association membership at say, 3% of sales. This will make them teachers of small business owners on an ongoing basis. Big corporations cannot compete with networks of owner operated small businesses.
This is one of the few podcasts where the host actually asks important questions. Great work, diving deep into the processes and how each step of the business works.
Dude you aren’t kidding. This guy actually has a sincere interest in the success of business of the people being interviewed. So many of these channels are straight click bait and social media profit driven with fluff superficial content of some rich guys they know.

Nice interview. Thank you for that. The question i have is how and where did you learn about all the tracking and converting of all the metrics of the business? It doesn't seem like common knowledge to me.
Great Video and tremendously helpful for those of us who are looking for a simple business that has a massive appeal- the one question I have is are the employees sub-contractors? because I have heard of the outsourcing, subcontracting model, where the independent contractor has their own tools and truck and accepts assignments. I guess there are many models to implement in the home business sector. Again great video and continued success.
Does anyone have the names of these gentlemen that were interviewed? I watch business content all the time and this is some of the best I have ever seen
I've always loved the idea of a home service company, but what I've heard is it's very hard to get employees because all of them end up going out and doing it for themselves. It's low skill labor that anybody can do.
I have watched this about 4 or 50 times now and going to apply all of it to my more obscure home service startup that hopefully ill be talking about on here someday. Im a 40 year veteran in the Pest Control Business. PCO business is very profitable IF you know how to do it correctly. It is a very technical business.Sooo, I would suggest buying one & let a KEY person (that is tenured & knowledgeable) execute the day to day AND You mange the KPI's . Let me know if I can be of help answering question in either Pest Control or Turf (Lawn) & Ornamental Businesses. Blessings, Hamp
Nice interview. Thank you for that. The question i have is how and where did you learn about all the tracking and converting of all the metrics of the business? It doesn't seem like common knowledge to me.
This is insane value on both ends. How did you get these guys to interview? What is their motive for all this knowledge!! Haha
Would be good to know what they use to process credit card payments.
Monday morning Brett video? Ya, it’s gonna be a great week
Does anyone have the names of these gentlemen that were interviewed? I watch business content all the time and this is some of the best I have ever seen
I’m also interested in finding who they are too
Same. Anyone figure it out?
110 pools a week!? lol no way. I’m bout to look up their reviews 😂
I've always loved the idea of a home service company, but what I've heard is it's very hard to get employees because all of them end up going out and doing it for themselves. It's low skill labor that anybody can do.
One of the best videos I have watched.
I have watched this about 4 or 50 times now and going to apply all of it to my more obscure home service startup that hopefully ill be talking about on here someday. At 29:20 what is that quote from lol? I know originally they dont say the pool business but i cant figure out it its a quote from a specific movie or just general saying
One of the best episodes 🎉
Great podcast and great host.
Brilliant. Thank You. Now I Need a Recee!
Doesn’t GHL have landing page builder as well? Why not use that? Just wondering …
Damn this was such a good video. Earned a new subscriber as I venture into a new business.
What does he say at 34:22 "I really want to just take the money and buy______"?
The ad brother spitting 🔥
I found interesting choosing not to have a big website and instead just a funnel. On min 22:42
For those type of services, a website is a waste of space
@@spaceboychorizo7001you think that’s the same for a cleaning business? You don’t think it helps to have an appointment page on the website so people can pay for an appointment without having to talk to someone over the phone?
