    This is a great innovation, i have tried using full fat soya on several occasions using toasting method and will sometimes get it right and sometimes under roasted or over toasted. I really admire this method because i can have more quantity done at a time and will also get the required result. Please if the soya is crushed wont it affect the quality of the soya bean in terms of protein and energy content.

    • @stablerockhq

      Exactly. That was what resulted in our going for this method also. No, crushing the soyabean will not affect its quality😊

    I assume what that construction did was to allow hot steam to cook the soya beans, instead of water?? So, in essence, you steamed the raw soya beans?? IS THAT CORRECT?? How do you keep the treated soybeans from moulds since you already got it wet/steamed? Do you have to spread it to dry after or you use it all immediately??

    Wont the soya at the bottom overcook by the time the one at the top cooks to the required level?
    I'm asking because I heard that if soya is overcooked the nutrients gets destroyed. Thank you for sharing

    • @stablerockhq
      @stablerockhq  2 года назад +5

      Great question. No, it won’t overcook. In fact, because we did not want the soya at the bottom to overcook by the time the top one cooks is why we punctured the holes all over the construction made.
      This way, before the bottom soya gets to that “overcooked” level, the holes on the side of the construction will cook the soya at the top also.
