How long nails last?How do you remove?
How long they last depends on how well you put them on. For a beginner anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks. You remove by cutting off the extensions with clippers, filling down the gel, and using acetone.
Hi rachelle! I am aswell a beginner with polygel (1yr counting), Acrylic was never my friend.😂 Throughout this time I’ve learned this- if your UV lamp is burning your nails, take them out. There’s actually a process they use for this at nail salons. You put your nails under the Uv for about 3 seconds, shake off the heat and then put it right back in. ALSO! With most polygel kits the slip solution usually also removes the tacky layer of the polygel and base coat. Remember to always wipe the tacky layer off before filing anything, it makes it a cleaner and easier process. happy to watch your channel!

Loved this.. I am waiting for my polygel kit to come home and I can't wait.. I was a bit scared at first, but now that I have seen your video (this was not the first video I saw, but the best I've seen so far) I feel much more at ease to get the kit and do it by myself. I love doing nails and I've been wanting to do this kind for ages. Thank you for this great video!!
It is so worth it to try! I definitely takes practice but each time you do it you will get better and faster. Good luck!

the base coat is supposed to be sticky! ik it feels like it isn’t done but it’s supposed to feel tacky and kind of works as glue in a way.

My sister got herself this kit, but neighter the base coat nor the gel got hard. May u got an idea what's the reason? Idk if maybe the uv light's broken, the LEDs r working.
I think if both the base coat and the gel didn’t get hard there might be an issue with the lamp. However the base coat never really loses its sticky feeling even after being cured. Too thick of gel can make it hard for the UV rays to penetrate the gel. If your gel tends to not be too think then I would say that it is an issue with the light. Sorry this has happened! Good luck!

I got the same kit for Christmas with different colours and mine works a treat but my brush is also sticky even though I used the slip solution so when I do my nails the polly gel still sticks to the brush even when I use the slip solution any ideas on how I could clean it and put the brush back to shape?
Not a professional, but there is this thing called gel cleaner you could use. Honestly I would try acetone or rubbing alcohol with at least 90% alcohol first. (Your more likely to have it) Clean it like a paint brush dip it in, if it’s really bad you can let it sit for 30 secs, then rub it on a paper towel. Sorry that your poly gel is so sticky, good luck! Let me know how it goes!
One, don't use too much solution, blot the brush.
And B, you can put the gel tube in the fridge for a few hours.

Hello, how long the set lasted?
Sorry for the late reply! This set specifically last maybe two days past a week; however the better you get at it the longer they will last, so now mine can last about 3 weeks, its all about practicing!
