for the idea that didn’t work u could try having a churros seagull so it activates first, and gives the jackal churros son it activates first as well. It may not work because churros gives priority with similar trigger, but idk
I've been wanting to cook up some kind of build involving cuckoo and jackal to counter that specific kind of vulture team, but I haven't been successful yet.
When Jackal first came out, I was going for a double Jackal with pepper into spider crab, into something with enough summons right after to reset the jackals. It's actually not bad but it takes too long to get so by the time I had it set up I would just get sniped or I would get rolled

Don't think that will work because it already ignored the attack order, which probably means fling is always below summoned
