ooooh super excited to mix up serpentine and green apatite! theyʻve been on the unaccessible end of my wish list so this is really helpful. and fun! thanks for sharing
I can't tell how much I appreciated this video. Your mixing recipes are amazing, I am stunned by how similar the majority of them look to the Primateks. Thank you so much for sharing!
you're welcome! i'm glad it was useful to you :) somehow i'm not able to see your other comment regarding my brush at the end of the cobalt violet video. that brush is just a cheap travel brush that i got from Seamiart shop on shopee.com
Mixing dupes is my favourite thing, so much fun to watch your exploration! Even if you 'fail' I feel like this is still a great way to practice to get more comfortable with the colours on your palette! I made a bunch of my own dupes and it was a blast. :)
glad it was entertaining :D oh yeah definitely, i think i learned a thing or two about my palette from this exercise. amazing how playing around can still teach us things. :)
I really liked the idea behind them, but always felt like they were a bit on the "too expensive for my purse" side of the range, so I never really got any. Love watching you doing this here :) I'll totally try that with the paints on my palette :D
hhaha~ same here. just the normal DS colours are way too expensive for me let alone the primateks. thanks so much! yesssss, do give them a try. it was surprisingly easier than i expected :D

Thank you for sharing your mixing process. It looks like I need to add a silver & more than one black pigment to my watercolor kit.
you’re welcome, glad the video was helpful :) the PBk11 really came in handy.

Really great to see these mixes. I think Jadeite and green apatite are my favourite. Though I'm quite happy with the Van Gogh dusk colors.
OH! i forgot vangogh has dusk green! niceeee!

@@PaintinHiding Will definitely do :3
That was fascinating to watch. Do you plan on matching the rest of their colors that they have added to the Primatek line?
thanks janette 😁 and no, i wont be doing this for the rest of the primateks because i cant find a good resource that shows the differences well enough
