Can you explain why you say we boutht it for 130k when zillow shows it was sold for $168k ?? Please clarify and I hope this video is not misleading

Anyone buying the property would want to re-do the lighting as no wall lights, etc… Use the side entrance to the garage as a utility room, & do the front & back gardens/outside space, so they’d still need to spend around $30K min…
