I’d recommend finding a solid HVAC Company for all these rentals you have. Most of Az companies can be pretty dishonest and dangerous to work with. AIRTIME HEATING AND COOLING is a solid company I’ve had the chance to work at for the past year and it’s all hourly techs with good information and pricing that is honest and fair.

He beats the hell out of his subcontractors to get them to work for nothing, and when he buys the house or the property, he steals it from the seller, and then marks it up to full retail. That is exactly why capitalism doesn’t work anymore.

What platforms do you use to find people to do all your labor work for so cheap?

You don’t use a general contractor you find all the separate contractors yourself ?

I can say the pad on that home is too thin because of what the flooring is doing…buckling like it is means there’s moisture coming up from the concrete pad it’s built on…this happens even when it’s in a dry climate cuz of the concrete

It’s not a bad house. You can clear out the inside within a day if you start at 6/7AM they did it have a lot inside the house. Grab a dumpster. I don’t know what the garage and full backyard looks like but you’ll be fine. If it’s just you and someone else cleaning take your time. If you have a mass load of people separate the jobs. Next take on the back yard. Remove everything then mow the lawn. Preferably in the early morning hours so you don’t burn up in the say. Great purxhase

Hah! That is pretty bad. I flipped one in north Phoenix late last year that was about as bad as this one you have. Once I finally got the front door opened, there was a puddle of water right inside the house in front of the door caused by a leak in the ceiling. So that was awesome! The wholesaler conveniently didn’t include that in their pictures. THEN, there was a fish tank that we thought was empty and when we started to drain it a fish was hiding in the plastic coral that swam out and scared the crap out of us! Love your content. Keep it coming!
