    nic, been following you for years through your fitness channel and i’ve always thought you were a cool guy and have gotten a lot of inspiration from you. but the direction you’ve taken with your career is frankly extremely disappointing. the housing market is absolutely impossible for *most* people to get into these days, and landlords who buy up multiple houses for air bnbs/vrbo are one of the biggest contributors to that. the resulting price gouging means everyone (renters and buyers) has to pay more just to have one roof over their head. it’s disheartening that you’ve taken such a parasitic path and i hope you take time to consider that people deserve housing more than landlords deserve multiple properties for the sake of passive income. flipping is one thing but one person owning multiples properties just to rent them out for way more than the mortgage price will never not be sleazy.
