Allow the bread to cool for 5 mins at least before flipping out of the pan.

Made it just now. The texture is ok, but the taste is terrible. Couldn't eat the second slice. It has a strong baking soda taste mixed with peanut, almost bitter. I'm sorry to write this. I know it's a hard work trying to find good keto bread recipes, but that's my experience:(
You probably put too much baking soda I it. If you don't care about the bread riding you can leave the baking soda out or use less. You can also add sugar free sweetner as well.
I just try your this recipe quite soft and no smell of egg but peanut butter smell...but sad to said its very dry...will not waste my peanut butter trying this recipe again...not moist at all....
yes it could really be dry if peanut butter has low fat content. it’s dryness couldn’t solve by peanut butter alone anyway unless you’ll add more. we can’t expect something more from a flourless bread, but the good thing on this bread is its soft like chiffon up to now it’s been 4 days & that consistency of softness is quite hard to maintain on a bread with flour☺️
