Yeah, I think you're right, by maybe a tenth of a second at the 15 meter mark, but it wouldn't surprise me to see Proud erase that margin by next year. They're both powerful athletes and you can see that Proud has learned how to maximize that underwater dolphin kick like Dressel has. 21.0 for sure by next year, possibly 20.9.
