Found this vid when trying to find cheaper options for Attilan Rough Riders since cavalry is back in the guard. Great vid! Would love to see a vid using this kit and the Les Grognard kit to make death riders or some other regiment, like Ice warriors
The Northmen Cavalry kit! Recognized it immeditely from the thumbnail, KS backer here. It's a great product with a whole lot of value for extra bits and possibilities (historical, generic fantasy, GoT, WH, custom anything, etc.)

Well I am thinking about kitbash some bits to make orkish version of Major Dutch Sheafer from AvP arcade game. The only problem is I need more serious aproch less goofy.
This is actually first model you made that I don't like. The yellow and red doesn't work for me and the horse is a bit wierd. The rest is perfect, as usually. I was thinking that it's pity you haden't drawn inspiration from stradioti, they are the best embodyment of renaissance light cavalry (and precursors of hussars).

Well it was fun. Despite not winning I enjoyed participating and getting my creative flow going. Hopefully the next video would be more fruitfull

I made a unit very similar to this a few years ago. I used the pistoliers legs with genestealer cultist bodies and tempestus heads and arms.

My only criticism is that the back of the torso looks a bit unfinished where the backpack normally slots in.
