I like to think that at one point, in the early years of the war, Starscream actually respected and even loved Megatron as a leader and that his speeches about equality for all Cybertronians were the reason why he joined the Decepticons and rose through the ranks. But as the years went on and the war got worse, he saw Megatron’s obsession with Optimus or the Allspark as weakness and thought that as someone younger and (depending on the continuity) previous military experience should be the new leader.

Your rewrite is very good so far! I’m beginning my own rewrite of 2007 that takes continuity from the Bumblebee movie. Mikaela is the main human character, but Sam “Spike” Witwicky is her best friend who helps her repair and rehabilitate the rusted Autobots. Despite the human involvement, the primary characters are the Autobots, particularly Optimus and Bumblebee. I will post more updates soon.
really good work with both part 1 and 2 love the fact that no one really died giving them a chance to show of their personality and rivalries also suggestion If you do make a TF2 rewrite have a rivalry between Blackout and Jazz as their personalities class against one another and suggestion for three autobots Jolt as he really is a character you could do a lot with since he didn't really have one, second is ether arcee or elita-1 as a protective motherly figure to Sam and would be interesting to see how that would go, and finally Breakaway being a cocky and young airialbot that would be humbled through out the story. Just a suggestion I thought would be cool.

As the second one here I would like to say you have shown yourself to be a true fan of pop culture and how it protrays it's characters. I had just as many problems as you did with the movies like lack of development in characters ,the humans especially Sam and mission city!! I did like the designs, the autobots and Optimus Prime's character albeit every inconsistent in the sequels. I love the fact that Megatron is an irredeemable monster, Starscream actually keeps his character as the treacherous second in command, Soundwave was meant to be in the first movie taking the role as Blackout has but apparently Hasbro didn't want him to transform into anything Earth based I still like how you did the ever loyal con. The autobots you kept the best parts about to them and the humans I actually like and Sam feels in some way good character instead of being a pathetic, idiotic, loud mouth loser. Thank you for this story I expect great things in the future for you.
When can we see a revenge of the fallen rewrite, also your writing is on par with Phoenix studios version of this , I'm having trouble deciding which rewrite i enjoy more i feel like for a small scale channel your doing good.
The first part of the RotF video should go live in two weeks if nothing interferes. If something interferes, it'll be in three weeks. The second half will be live two weeks after that.

Either they couldn't afford another voice actor or the powers-that-be probably liked the "quirky gimmick" of him talking through the radio & tossed aside logic & worldbuilding in order to keep it(or both). These are my most charitable theories on the matter, btw.
I have an idea for the next rewrite. The explosion caused from the All spark led to Energon crystals to grow from the earth and the transformers and their human allies look for them

I don't like the idea of destroying your species only source of life and your planets only hope of rebirth all for a species you have just met like 5 minutes ago, thus dooming the cybertronian race to extinction, that sounds crazy. Apart from that it is still a great rewrite and i would still rather watch this than the bayverse movies good job!
I wouldn't have destroyed it if it weren't a very important plot point in the original films that the AllSpark was lost. To deviate that far from the story would make rewriting the sequel even harder than it already is. Also, slight addendum, the AllSpark is not the only source of life; just the most powerful. But that will be more relevant in the sequels. Beyond that, I'm glad you enjoyed it. I also appreciate the thoughtful critique. If an artist can't defend his choices (without getting angry), then he has no business creating art. Plus, it helps me think about plots in the future.
