Me to myself: "She does more work than anyone I've ever seen at a Taco Bell even before they open." *she starts climbing a dumpster just to take out trash* A model employee that deserves a raise.
I just started working tacobell my first job too I started 2 days ago I was just watching videos and answered questions today was my third day they were passing me around bc no one wanted to train me 😭 Ik I’m a burden but the better they train me the quicker I’ll be out of their hairs
I never cooked anything tbh. I was just the customer service champion so I had nothing do with that. However in taco bell there isn't anything you cook. Most food comes in frozen so all you need to do is heat them.
"always 2 people there" imagine having to hand out, take orders, make drinks and cash out at the same time because at my store this happens sometimes cuz ppl dont wanna show up for work
Well there aren't always 2 people tbh. Normally it's me by myself but I don't mind it cause I can do all of those things at once without panicking. Sometimes I have another person helping me when they put an extra person in drive-thru.
There will pressure no matter where you work. Every job has their own difficulties but you have to learn to work with them. I mean if you don't like the pressure then don't work at all.
Yes i apply online application packet today.Let you'll help me reach my goals and Dreams of apply application packet and understand the terms and conditions explained in the application packet tacobell
It depend how company pays (weekly or bi-weekly). If you don't have a direct deposit then your managers will let you know. I had a direct deposit so I just checked to make sure I got my check. You should ask your managers when the pay-day is just to make sure.
Lmao why are you wearing your headset all the time? To be fair I did the same when I worked at mcdonalds. I swear im deaf from one ear. btw I was a manager and I had no idea how to put the posters up. I did it once and they gave me the poster and never showed me how to do it.
The managers do not train there new people good at all!! Not enough people to work because they don't stay. If they had better training maybe people would stay longer. The employees are more helpful than the managers. They d I not have anything together at the store I'm at. I've been there 3 weeks. I'm a nervous wreck when I go in. But it's getting a little better. Is all fast food like this?? I don't know I've never worked in fast food.
I'm still there working and still learning. Fast food is stressful. Especially when your short staff and they try to put you on back cash drive through on a Friday!! I think some employees get aggravated at you. But they were new at one time also. But some are really nice.

A model employee that deserves a raise.
Thank you but fast foods barely give raises and even if they do, it's always in cents so like 30 cent raise and that's it; which is what I got.
@@WonderGirlVlogs Oh yeah. I remember back in 2011 I made 8.50 at Pizza Hut. Got moved to shift supervisor and bumped up to 8.76 WOOHOO!
love the video very informative. I actually starts tomorrow i have a little insight on what to expect
A lot of responsibility for such little pay. But, actually it will benefit you as you get older and get better jobs. Stay positive!
Very much so. I'd not do all this for 10-11 dollars an hour.
Yes
They also have poor training. The managers throw you in there. No wonder why people quit. It sucks.
i hope i get this taco bell job. thank god for ppl like u filming
Thank you for this very informative video. It helped immensely.
No problem.

You are saving lives thank you
It is really hard to learn drive through?? I got a interview Tomorrow and I'm so nervous about everything
It is challenging to learn and memorize everything but it's not hard once you get used to it.👍Good luck for your interview.
Thank you so much for sharing this video ! Really helpful 😭☺️💕
I’ve applied too so many places but the only thing I’m scared of is cooking because I’m terrible at that😂💀.
Most fast food u dont cook u just heat up and prep. At restaurants it is a different story

Hard worker
Starting soon but I don’t really like the idea of working cashier, a lot of pressure and whatnot
There will pressure no matter where you work. Every job has their own difficulties but you have to learn to work with them. I mean if you don't like the pressure then don't work at all.
At my store we are having high labor and short staff and nobody is sweeping parking lots and climbing dumpsters.

Interesting other taco bells have the soda machine outside
Thank you for the intro, WonderGirl.
Of course.
You make working look super fun, thanks!
When business is slow what do you do? Do you just stand around or find something to do?
I just stand around when there is nothing to do but sometimes it's recommended that you find something to do.
@@WonderGirlVlogs Ok I was just wondering. I start working at Dairy Queens tomorrow and I'm super nervous.
@@taylorc4247update?

@@user-bp2hc8tr1f It depends. Some states have a rule that you have to be 18. It also depends on the management.

It's the GM or AGMs job to do the Posters
Technically it's the GM's job but I did it because they were too "busy".
I’m surprised you cleaned the br we have a janitor
Yeah we have to clean the restrooms ourselves.
Why'd u quit working at KFC?
Pay was too low and some other reasons.....
@@WonderGirlVlogs oh ok. I work at KFC atm and my pay is $10-$11/hr AUD
