Irina, it's good that you take this video in a good-natured way. I've watched quite a few of these and it never ceases to amaze me how often people just refuse to use their brakes and just crash into obstacles w/o even trying to slow down.

With the car brakes,
More than likely the mechanic changed the brakes, but forgot to "pump" the brake pedal.
Which if this is true what she was experiencing was the brake pedal going "to the floor" with no resistance and no effect on braking.
She should have used the "park / hand brake", but understandably she panicked.
They are electronic now so can’t even do that anymore 🤷♂️
I have a couple of Russian friends who live in the US now, and every time they watch videos like this, they say they can tell right away if they’re Russian in the videos 😁
That one guy was like yeah I'm not going to jail today I'll just let myself out and see myself home but thanks though that was a kind offer.

I actually miss the verbal battles between John Rob and @acool925. They were rather entertaining! I got into an argument with JR once, which you may have read. He was actually very civil about it, unlike most of the people that I've had disagreements with on RUclips. Most of them just resort to insults, name-calling, and 2 sentence smart remarks.

As a man, the impression that I get from the things that he says is that he likes you a lot, and I'm pretty sure he has a crush on you. He just has a strange way of showing it. He can't bring himself to tell you, because he fears rejection. If he really didn't like you, he wouldn't be watching this channel. I could be wrong, but that's the way I read him.

I have heard that in Russia a bottle of vodka is cheaper than a bottle of mineral water & I think that accounts for much of what we see here.
This is wrong.
The average price of 0.5 liters of inexpensive vodka is about 4-5 dollars.
Mineral water is several times cheaper.

Are Russian roads really as dangerous as the videos I've seen? Watched so many videos of Russians driving on snow/ice covered roads the same speeds as they would on clean roads. Not sure if that means they have massive balls or incredibly stupid.🤷♂ All I know is they are incredibly entertaining!
