They have 3000+ patrons. The tiers range from $1 to $200 per month. There is exclusive content, as well as interactive live chats with the band. Rewards include hand written lyrics, a personalized voice mail recording, a guitar masterclass with Dany, free tickets to shows, a video of them singing happy birthday to you as well as posters, shirts and the like. Their music label wanted the band to abandon Patreon when they signed, but the girls refused. Patreon is what allows them to earn a living in todays’ crazy music scene.
TW is probably the most well documented band ever. As you say Dave, they literally grew up on RUclips. I’ve been a member of their Patreon almost four years now. Lots of behind the scenes and early content and tickets. Now you two need to jump on their VMA performance of More and Evolve! MTV still doesn’t know what hit them!

They only performed twice I think at the VMA's for like less than a minute each time! Way too short for fans, but maybe they knew that rock at the VMA's would not be popular and wanted to like do it quick.

This band is always better live. They absolutely shine live. The only exception might be the video for XXI Century Blood, which is very well done.
Since they were children, their patreons have been the ones that have supported them the most and part of them financed their first independent albums.
They haven’t had the patreon their whole career, maybe half. But you are correct about their fans supporting them in many way, donating guitars to Ale, helping fund their albums.
I jokingly say you can tell how old their videos are by comparing the size of Ale's bass to her, when they started she could barley hold it and now the youngest sister is a giant (compared to the others at least😄). I love their heavy, chunky sound, three people can make a lot of noise🤘
Ale's current bass is perhaps twice the size of her first one, so it grows as well. 😁
They have released the whole live at Teatro Metropolitan CDMX concert that is the best live there is of The Warning currently. I highly suggest you react to all those songs because they are the best in every way. Only exception is probably "More" from the MTV VMA's and possibly "Evolve" from that also. With 3K Patreons, they have one of the largest fan bases there among music creators. It is an income stream for the ladies, but also one of the most wonderful fan groups you will ever encounter.
You get to see some exclusive content, advanced peeks to videos, advanced purchase of tickets, and a few other goodies.
As per recommendations, first, keep working together! You have great chemistry. Regarding music, go through the Teatro Metropolitan concert, but you may also appreciate the Lunario concert, where they presented in its entirety their Queen of the Murder Scene. It is a classic.
Watch any of their videos live from the Teatro Metropolitan CDMX. It's them, in front of their home crowd, absolutely rocking out. They are an amazing band live.
The wonderful thing is be it a bigger venue or small venues The Warning put on a heck of a show. I saw them in Boston this year and they gave us everything they had, amazing show.
To get the full context you should check this song live at the Teatro Met 08/29/22 it'll show you how they're better live. I have yet to hear a bad song from them and I've been on to them for just over 3 months. They just performed at the MTV MVAS they played Evolve and More live and killed it as usual it's been dropped on youtube by MTV this week. Because you saw them perform Enter Sandman first you should check out their own version of that song at the same concert above. It's different and they've made it their own. I know it'll blow you two away it blew me away when I watched it right after the original they did as kids. Choose any song preferably live and you won't be disappointed. I recommend you watch their full live performance of Evolve at the VMAs. They ROCKED it hard. Epic milestone just happened Tuesday!
They have a lot of vlogs, Q&As and behind the scenes on their Patreon. It's a lot of fun.
Since you like background stories, there are a few homemade documentaries covering, the initial videos, their early band and its school performances, their trip to the Ellen Degeneres show, her gift of tuition to Berklee College of Music and their subsequent enrollment. I think that is really the first phase. After that it is a whirlwind, more videos, a huge RUclips following (where I began to actively support them) and albums.

Great reaction, but Live is the way to go - Patreon is the place to find everything you want to know about them! Plus it’s a really friendly place to be, several other reaction channels are also on there!
There are a few great other songs to react to together; to hear their more subdued side Revenant at Teatro Metropolitan is the go to, their latest live performances of More and Evolve at the MTV awards a few days ago are stunningly good! Looking forward to MORE, TWA knows!!!

They have an interview in 2015 thats on RUclips. It's their first english interview and it's good. They also have a 6 part documentary on RUclips thats really good. As a patron, I get early access to tickets, rewards, monthly live chats when not touring, guitar lessons from Dany, and many other things. They truly love their fans
Cool video! Loved it. The Warning still does have a Patreon, with over 3,000 supporters. The members get early access to videos and content, with perks for the differrent levels. For example, VIP level members had access to the full Teatro Metropolitan concert video for months before the lower tiers and those were accessed still before the video became public. I caught the phrase "react to Patreon" and that's not permitted - just personal use. But, you do get pretty cool perks - early access to concert meet and greet tickets, signed memorabilia, hand-written song lyrics and such. Definitely worth checking out. 🙂
*Choke* is about those times when you are overwhelmed by things in life and you want/need to work through it all by yourself without others trying to help... "just let me drown" in my troubles and i'll get through it one way or another... it is a song about emotional and mental strength... other original songs of similar nature are TW's *Evolve* and *Survive* 😹

You have GOT to hear Pau (the drummer) sing on Dust to Dust live at Lunario CDMX. Also highly recommend all of the “Live Session” videos (Animosity is my favorite).
My gosh, and I’m struggling to keep my comments G rated. You’ve got to check anything and/or everything that they have done live at the Teatro metropolitan CDMX. It is absolutely mind blowing. They cover all their songs, but their live version on stage in your face is a whole different story than what you hear on the studio albums.

Nice Reaction! In August of 2022 they had their concert at Teatro Metropolitan in Mexico City Pro Shot and any song from that concert is great, from their hardest songs like Evolve to an Acoustic song like Revenant. They were in Europe almost the whole month of June 2023. They opened up for Muse 5 times (their favorite band) and played at several Festivals and smaller venues. They are scheduled already to play Wacken in the Summer of 2024.
Anything from this show...Teatro Metropolitan.....will make you a member of the Warning Army!
They are also a Mexican band singing in English. They have two songs in Spanish "Martirio" and "Narcissista" check out the live versions of teatro metropolitan Cdmx.🤟🤟🤟

Their re-imagination of Enter Sandman as older, fully developed musicians, is simply amazing. I don’t like the addition of Alesia Cara for the Metallica Blacklist compilation album. They did it for name marketing rather than who’s the better vocal talent and fit for the track, which is Dany all the way.
No, I don't think it was a marketing decision by The Warning at all. Metallica did not ask The Warning to participate on the Blacklist album. Rather, it was Alessia Cara who was asked and in turn asked The Warning to collaborate with her. Together they were able to complete the project on a tight deadline and deliver an excellent and unique version of Enter Sandman.
I think we should be thankful for Alessia and her management who had the idea to include The Warning, or they would not have had this opportunity. As much as we all love The Warning they did not have the same level of recognition as the other artists Metallica invited. For those who have been following The Warning for years that may sound harsh, but it isn't. This is just where The Warning are in their career as young musicians.
6:10 I always have to point out Ale's bass line after the first chorus. It's my favorite part of the song.

Tidal Rising is a great history of The ladies. It has video from about 5 yrs old until 2021. Great commentary by the ladies about how, why and how much work they put in.
The difference between live and recorded is more subtle than one might think, simply because unlike most groups, their "official recording" is attempting to capture their _live_ sound; as opposed to the other way around. While they do make use of backing tracks and other technological effects in their compositions, they keep it minimal... because tech issues on stage are a thing. They want to always be able to perform no matter what happens, ideally with the "production" elements in place, but also be able to do so seamlessly, often without the audience even realizing it, if they all crap out at once. When they play live, generally speaking (outside of "organics" as you note), what you hear on stage is pretty much exactly the same thing you hear on an official recording.
Check out their metropolitan theater concert in Mexico City. Make sure it is the high-quality video and sound

The " extra" guitar you think you hear is done thru an effects pedal when playing live . ..they dont lip sinc or use autocue . . . Its all them . . . You should react to the full album for Queen of the Murder Scene by The Warning in order. I recommend having explanations for the songs pulled up because it's a concept album and tells a great really story. One of my favorite all time albums.

They are not only on Patreon, but they have the greatest number of paying supporters of any band creating original music on the entire Patreon platform That’s out of more than 14,000 Patreon accounts within the music category….no other band is even close.
Great seeing you and your wife reacting to more of The Warning, but for this band always go for the pro shot live videos on their RUclips channel.
Regarding Dany's guitar live, she has explained on Instagram live that she now uses a Kemper Profiler and she splits her guitar channel in to a second one with a slight delay that give a much larger soundstage, plus they also use backing tracks to add some rhythm guitar and accents, so to me she sounds just a as good live.
Linus 6 was what she expounded on RUclips earlier.
This year she has switched to Kempler. Most probably this summer.
The studio is where you get to make the best version of the song, the baseline version, for eternity. Live, you are making the best version at that exact moment in time!

The “tracked guitars” is a bit off - here’s why: Dany has a complex chain setup on her pedal and often has things like the same input an octave higher and maybe with a different distortion. Pau has a pretty complex Ableton Live setup coupled with Dany’s setups. There’s a long video Dany did using her Line6 digital pedal which was the predecessor to what she’s using now. 🔥🤘#NumberlyGarfs

When they play live, they are on a whole other level, that's for sure, especially their Teatro Metropolitan show from last year. That said, their MV's are always creative and well produced, and fun to watch. They a have a lot of cool videos, where they show us who they are behind the scenes, and as far as I can tell, they're incredibly sweet and fun loving. They seem to be down to earth, very intelligent, and with a lot of integrity, as they say, don't piss Pau off, or she'll write a song about you 😆 They have become very popular and respected, and their music is of course a huge reason for that, but also their personalities.
I’d recommend that listen to/react to Pau’s live recording of Radiohead’s “Creep” from a couple of years back. I’m sure you know that they all grew up playing piano, but this solo performance obviously showcases her individual vocal talent which you only hear on a few songs.
I'll always be up for more The Warning reactions. Been obsessed with this band for 3 years, and haven't gotten tired of them yet.
While TW in the studio will be better than most fan videos by a mile, their professional live videos are as good or better than any of the studio shot.

You 2 need to give a listen to Arjen Anthony Lucassen 's production of Ayreon , A concept album that needs to be listened to in order !The first song is "The day the world breaks down" and number 2 is" Everybody Dies " and so on , The first song shows the singers and who and what instrument they are playing and gives you info on who is doing what and the instruments used . Arjen is playing 4 different instruments in the first song and there are 11 different singers . The second video is a live version with 8 singers and 1 of the 3 Backing Vocalists is Floor's younger sister . Also the musicians are top notch !The album should be listened to in order and if you choose to give the album a listen , be aware that the rabbit hole is a deep one !!!

Studio recordings aside, The Warning LIVE videos are equal, if not better than studio recordings. They strive to make the studio sound quality as good as their Live concerts. Check out the two videos they recorded for the MVA?MTV ceremony from earlier this week. After reacting to them, realize this...they were recorded in ONE take. Yes, they are that good.
