At 0:46, q = 1 - 0.84 = 0.16
there are two critical values +1.88 and -1.88. Buy why only 1.88 is taken in the calculation
Because there's already +/- in the formula.
So, the +/- in the Confidence interval formula accounts for the positive and negative critical values.@@joshemman
