Excellent. Nothing I lie more than seeing some smooth, controlled and compact application of leverage on a double-handed rod. Love that high definition slow mo, something else when it is slow enough to show very rotor blades of the chopper clearly. Class vid. Vision gear is class too.

its crazy i live about a 2 minute walk from the skagit river and grew up fishing on it and i just randomly found your channel and you guys are thousands of miles away from here love it !!!!!!

To go fish in a beat so remote from every one else that you need a chopper. Like the South-Island/Nw Zealand and Patagonia, North Norge and Sweden are THE places to flyfish and go hunt.
Great videos. Please make some more. For Vision it is great advertisement ofcourse. It makes me want to own the same rods and reels and outfits I see in your videos. But I admit:I am a sucker for beautifull (but quality) flyfish gear. And Vision has al lot of really very good rods and very very beautifull reels.I want to have some models really bad for a while now.But the price is over here quiet high compared to out income to that of Scandivians. Anyways: If you want something bad enough You will get it Ehh!!?

Those rods you have look like RB Meiser rods!? I'm looking to get one custom made for myself but not sure what reel is most compatible with that rod. It will be a 11' 6-or 7 wt. Can't decide what weight is best for salmon fishing with a switch rod. What is your set up exactly?? Love your demeanor and professionalism! Great videos!

Great video guys! It looks fantastic over there. If I was to go over there with my girlfriend (a non-fisher). Would they cater for this? I'm presuming you stay in the hotel/lodge for a few nights, get dropped off to a fishing location and then camp? I noticed a teepee! Any information would be most appreciated!

Is it my imagination or do Atlantic salmon and brown trout have a lot of similarities marking wise? When the salmon get dark like that the spots become much the same as Browns and vice versa.

I went there last summer in mid-august! Same type of fishing conditions. changing weather and some light rain, but we did get a few salmons and my biggest catch was a 8-9kg female. Other fishes were about 2-5kg. We also lost a few... as you guys did :D Most of the fishes got were pretty dark but still really strong!
For graylings it's a good river too. Trouts were not so eager to take the flies when we were there however we managed to catch small ones and we released them all. The fishes were all in really good conditions.
All in all great river, I will go back there again in different spots to explore other pools ;)

You know sometimes fly fishing videos can be full of pomp, arrogance, posturing and piss-poor music. When I watch your videos I am reminded of why I started fly fishing in the first place. Sharing a great challenge with a good friend and everything that comes with it; the lost-ones, some boredom but also the joy and satisfaction that comes with landing a big fucking fish!
