The cakes are gorgeous! You have amazing ideas! I would love to have the text on the screen for longer, I had to keep going back and pausing it to read it. The tips are super helpful no one else does it, just need to be able to read it. 😊 thank you!

For the tier cake,does the top cake have a base under it,or is the cake stacked directly on top of the lower cake?

I have a question when making your ganache what are your ingredients? I made a cake yesterday and it started to fall apart after putting it in the fridge the drips looked so pretty at first but when I was going to deliver it I saw the drips at the bottom and just color marks basically all around. My ganache was made with white chocolates they were pink so I added food coloring.
It sounds like you might have overheated the ganache at some point while making it. I actually uploaded a full tutorial on how I make my ganache just this past week. You might find it helpful.

I'm guessing you mean for the ganache right? I use just whatever I have on hand, usually chocolate chips.

Are all these made with whipped cream? They are beautiful. Tried whipped cream for the first time today. Tried colouring and the texture changed, was no longer as smooth as creamy as the original.
What do you think I did wrong?
How long can whipped cream last while frosting with it.
After whipping it's better to use a spatula for combining colour since overwhipping will cause your cream to separate to butter and buttermilk. Or better still,you can add colour in the initial stage of whipping. Whipping cream powder is also a great alternative if you can't deal with heavy cream.

How do you handle whipped cream flowers on piano cake or are they buttercream?

Do you decorate with stabilized whipped cream, if soo, how do you stabilize it??
I decorate with non dairy whipped cream which is a lot more stable. I don't add anything to it. I actually have a full video up about the different creams I use and how I prep it. The link to it is in the description box. Please check it out

A dumb quest. What is the diff between icing nd whipped cream??
Icing would be like buttercream which is basically butter and powdered sugar mixed together to form a frosting.
Whipped cream is just what its called. Cream whipped to a fluffy consistency

Use non dairy cream. It is already stable.
No crumb coating needed?
Nope, that is why I like Wiltons cake icing tip so much😂 I like to cover my cake with a pretty thick layer of whipped cream to start off and then scrap it down as I smooth it out. No need for a crumb coat that way. If you find it easier you can always add a crumb coat first and then add a second layer to finish off.
