- Today I have another easy but such a beautiful cake tutorial for you. Today learn to pipe those gorgeous #whippedcream roses and to make a really cool wave effect. I really love the wave effect on the sides. It makes the cake look so elegant and I promise you it is not as hard as it looks. Im pretty sure any beginner could do it!

I wanted to know why you used whipped cream and not buttercream? Would buttercream have the same wave effect as the cream mixture? X
I use whipped cream because I love it and thats what my clients order. Ive never actually tried buttercream but I want to try it very soon!😁
But isn’t it true that the non-dairy whipped cream is actually bad for health.. why to use it and play with health for dear ones or clients when buttercream exists.?
@@SA-qm9yq any cake icing is actually not good for health because they all contain sugar and fats and all but it's part of our lives and besides you don't eat and breathe cake every single day so why worry too much? Just sayin'

Does whipped cream flowers firm up in the freezer like buttercream flowers?
They do firm up some but not as firm as buttercream flowers.

Yes, I am using whipped cream. You will need about 3/4 cup of cream for a 6in cake.

Does the whipped cream last long? Whenever I make whipped cream it melts really fast.
I have never had any of my cakes melt so yes my whipped cream lasts long! I use non dairy whipped cream. I have a video up on that go check it out!

I use wiltons gel food coloring. For the pink on the cake I used the 'creamy peach' color and then just a little bit of black for the grey details.

Yes, you can. In some of my older videos I actually use it. I might need to use it again in a future cake!

I believe I used Wiltons creamy peach Gel food coloring.

If you store the cake in the freezer it will last up to a few weeks!
