Y que pasa con la salida de agua caliente para infusion? En el folleto no pone nada de que haya que abrirlo y un tecnico me ha dicho que debe estarlo. En que quedamos? Porque a raiz de esto, no he podido limpiarla por mi cuenta desde que la compre, he tenido que recurrir siempre al servicio tecnico.

Press the programming mode button -> Press the large cup symbol repeatedly until the cleaning symbol lights up -> Press on the bean symbol or key coffee strength symbol to confirm -> Water tray symbol lights up = the program has been started and you may continue according to the manual.
