No they are dumb They forget to tell retailers to dress phones whit screen protectors and rubedized waterprof cases for new phones whit 50 euro price increase. Now i haw to live whit one broken phone. For this mistake they need to fix it for free. LG is garbage. Samsung and Nokia phones is dying like flies very much wasted money.

the Lg V30 has to be the best phone in the market right now. Lg finally got it right, I love mines!
Carlos Cruz I would've picked it up but I know in 2 or 3 months that phone will be selling for 600 instead of 800.
Jay'len Crawford that is another option if you do want to save money, I do highly recommend this phone and I am sure you wont regret buying it.
FR ND a lot of people were disappointed but I personally don't mind because I hardly used the second screen on my V20. In my opinion the V30 does make up with so many other amazing features.
the note was my other choice if I had not gotten the LGV30 and in my opinion they are two exellent phones, you can't go wrong with one or the other and yes I agree that LG does lack in updating fast eneogh in software and that's one thing that Samsung does well. I do hope you make a wise choice in picking either one but I am sure you wont be disappointed in one or the other, Good luck with your choice!
I just got a V30 on Friday! I haven't used it yet because I'm waiting on a Skin, screen protector and case in the mail.
I been using my V30 for a year now and love it. Glad that LG actually offically let you take it apart. I am impressed on it build. Thanks Jerry for letting me see what inside.

Now watching this video in 2020, i got even more excitied receiving the phone, as i just purchased a used, slightly damaged (glass cracked) phone for cheap... a phone packed with tons of fun and quality stuff, that, in addition, is repairable like no other phone! I had the LG G4 until the boot loop issue 😕 I called and asked if it can be fixed they wanted $220 for a new board. I had the G2 and the G3 since they didn’t bother really trying to help me I left them for Samsung and never looked back 😐

I have the LGV30 PLUS its amazing my friends and girlfriend were so amazed they went and got one this week! I love this phone its perfect! Can't wait for all the new updates! Can't wait to see how far this phone will go!! Its got the best camera ever! I can get my hole family in a picture with out standing a mile away! Thx lg its amazing phone!

Stock Android, normal aspect ratio, durability/unique materials, and one handed use without sacrificing screen size.

Just got this phone and i can agree that the cooling on this is fantastic, playing games on this thing makes it slightly warm but not as bad as compared to other phones

LG is the most underrated major smart phone company in the world. They consistently make very good smartphones that just don't get bought as much as they should.
Because they have no marketing strategy no ads in North America. Apple took up 70% of the market

See if you can find a V30S or V30+. The specs are slightly better with both. I destroyed my V30 and replaced it with a V30+. Well over a year later and I have no regrets... except for destroying the first one :)
@@charlienyc1 It seems the different is the storage as it has expandable card slot I won't worry much, yet the plus one is always better one.

My dream phone till now. The main selling point is the design, I really fell in love with it. It's not exaggerated (don't like notch, punch hole, or even full bezel less display), has beast headphone audio quality, still a decent camera up until now, solid and premium build quality. Software? Has never been an issue for me as it can be fixed with mods/custom ROM.

V30.. as the saying goes... is da bomb! Install GCAM (Google) to improve cam quality 100x over.. the hardware is the best.. their cam software does it no justice

The reason why I love LG phones: it still has an FM-Radio... that Samsung S8/Note8 don't have nowadays. (Except the Samsung J1 types)
Ardee Blancas The S8, S8 Plus and Note 8 do infact have FM antennas, thanks to the Snapdragon 835 chip. Which is the same reason the V30 has the antenna. Just FYI.
HTC is the only company that forces carriers to let them use the FM radio. If you're not allowed to use the FM radio it's because you're carrier won't let you because you won't be using data.
