Thank you Graham for this lovely vlog I’ve never tried to cook a chicken this way before but now I will definitely be doing my chicken this way thank you for all your handy tips and hard work both you and Wendy do for us viewers keep safe best wishes Sheila and family
Hi Sheila, thank you. The chicken was moist and tasty. It was also easy and quick. I was impressed enough to go out and buy another chicken to do again. There are so many meals using cooked chicken. Todays video is good one using some of this chicken. All the best to the family Shiela 🥰😍❤️😘
Hi Patricia, when I first used the meter in the pressure cooker I thought it was faulty. The chicken was juicy and falling off the bone, perfect for our two following videos. 🥰😍❤️😘👌
Hi Sharon, we like it falling off the bone so we were happy. It tasted great and there’s two more videos with how we used the chicken. It’s well worth a try Sharon, we’ve bought another chicken to do the same way so it must have been ok with Wendy. 🥰😍❤️😘
Hi Richard, I might do the same as you next time. It would cost 8p to cook instead of 10p. Every little helps. Two more videos with that chicken to come 👋👋👋👋👌👍
Hi Graham and Wendy, wow chicken just looks tender and yes falling off the bone 🦴 . Thank you for showing this Graham. I’m still not well but I’m getting better slowly. I caved in and bought the cosori smart airfryer twin fry 10L grand zone and dual zone one with the basket you showed us that arrives tomorrow plus I bought myself a meat thermometer as well my Christmas present to myself 😀. From Linda C ❤❤😊😊
Hi Linda, I’m afraid these bugs do seem to be hanging on, even on some of the young ones. Keep warm and relax when you can. It’s already getting a little lighter a little later in the evening. we’ve been happy with the twinfry and the thermometer is good but I don’t use their temprature settings. I don’t feel they’re high enough. It’s easy to use but if you need any help I will try to help you Linda. Love Graham and Wendy xxx
hi graham , i cant believe that chicken cooked in 25 minutes and by the look of it it could have been done in a slightly less time. i have never cooked a whole one on the pressure mode before, i usually cook mine on steam roast for 40 minutes. iknow you said that i was for use in other recipes but did you have a taste of it, and if so was it moist enough to use it in a dinner. the 6 pence was amazing, i will give it a try and see how it goes. hope you and wendy are keeping warm , it has been so cold that his lordship and i have been sitting under blankets while watching telly, love to you both ,keep well xxxx .
Hi Grace, you and me both to be honest just 6 pence to cook. As you say we could have used a little less time, I did allow the steam to naturally release which took maybe another 15- 20 minutes. This chicken turned into 3 videos i will put on this week. The chicken was very moist and tasty, the stock was good too. I think you better get a 1.5 kg chicken ready for the next video because I think his lordship will be demanding it for his tea. We’ve been hiding from the cold as well, nice and cosy 👌👍 it’s going to get warmer apparently love Graham and Wendy xxx
Winner winner chicken dinner 🎉 I’ve done one before and then just crisped it up in the wire fryer for 10 mins as I do like the skin crispy , but that chicken was perfect
Hi Tina, thank you for letting us know you had good result. Ours was just perfect for our next two videos. You could see it was just falling off the bones and tasted fine. 😍🥰❤️😘👍
Yes they come out fantastic and so so quick, when I did mine I was running late and it was 6pm so at first thought on way can I do the roast chicken now until I remembered my pressure cooker 😂
@ hi Tina, that’s often how we find out quicker methods. I’ve been reading about pressure cooking frozen chicken breasts. That could be great as often we’ve got food and it’s all in the freezer. I bet we’re all like that sometimes 😂😂😂🥰😍❤️😘
Hi Christine, I was a little surprised how well it cooked so easily and cheaply. There’s three videos this week on what we did with the chicken. It was moist and falling apart how we like it. 👌🥰😍❤️😘
@@grahamgetsabout2672I'll take a peak😃 I'll make you and Wendy laugh, I've had this recurring dream the other night, I kept turning up at your house, I walked through ya front door and you and Wendy were sitting either side of the door eating your dinner, lol. You said to me " what you want, we're eating our dinner" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Hi Vince, I hope you’re a bit warmer this week. This chicken was so easy and tasty I’ve been out and bought another one to cook it same. Plenty there for all three of us mate. 👋👋👋👋👌
@@grahamgetsabout2672 The weather has improved a little Graham with a temp of 10C this morning so I can put my heating candle away for the moment. It is still damp though but that can be tolerated, it is the cold I absolutely have issues with.
Hello G and W good idea to show that way to cook a whole chicken not something we would have tried but will now 👍 Barbara says to tell you the grey ring is the original ring and she also said when we were watching ' Graham's forgot to put the handles up on the trivet ' 😂 can I ask have you changed your energy tariff you always used to put 30 pence in but now 24 pence ? Keep videos coming all the best Ken and Barbara
Hi Ken and Barbara, blimey Ken we can’t get away with nothing can we😂😂😂😂😂. Barbara is dead right on both of those comments, I wasn’t sure with the ring and yes I forgot the handles 👏👏👏👏👏. That chicken was lovely as you will see on our next two videos. Yes Ken I changed the tariff. Still British Gas. They had a cheaper tariff but don’t tell you, they just let you pay too much. I think that’s a bit naughty really. Thanks for the comments mate and tell Barbara I still love her 😍🥰❤️😘. 👋👋👋👋👋
Thanks Graham we are British gas as well ill look at their tariffs now you have said that but i think we are locked into our last deal until October @@grahamgetsabout2672
@ hi Ken, I was locked in as well but because we changed tariff and not company it was ok. I’m glad you asked me why now, I only know because a few subscriber’s mention my tariff was high. Good luck mate. I mentioned Barbara in a soup video I’m just doing. I’m sure she won’t mind it’s all in fun 😂😂😂👋👋👋👌
Barb says she has just changed our tariff to the 24P one and also gas tariff , all thanks to your videos cheers mate , I've told she's getting her 15 mins of fame on your next video 😂 all the best Ken and Barbara😊
Well that's a poultry sum of money to cook your chicken, and it looked peck-tacular if you don't mind me saying! I bet you're strutting around like the king of the coop now haha. Feather you like it or not, I’m telling these jokes. No fowl play intended 😬🤐🤪🙃♥

That’s the only way to do chicken these days mate, we always used to buy a cooked one but now they are silly money, £7.50 in Tesco, nice one guys 🥰👍👊
Hi Steve, we’ve been happy planned to do different meals with it but the family turned up 🤷♂️😂😂😂😂👌👍
