I respect that people have their opinions on the monarchy, but why try to ruin the experience for those of us who enjoy watching these traditions and respect King Charles? Nothing better to do with their time I suppose.
It's the attitude of, "We don't like it, so we want to stop you from enjoying it too." It's like me wanting people banned from eating chocolate and doughnuts because I'm on a diet. 😂😂
It's an utter shame that these "protesters" are allowed to bring bullhorns to a crowded event. They ruined this event in my opinion. They're selfish and RUDE AND ANNOYING! I couldn't finish watching this because they gave me a headache. I can only imagine what the poor people went through who did support the king and queen.
How are they selfish and rude when they don't approve of the atrocity thrown on them.? They have every right to voice how they feel. What other time can they?
When the obnoxious ones gathered near Buckingham Palace for recent procession there was a loud organized group who completely outshouted with GOD Save the King. The obnoxious ones may have the freedom but they do not have the right to ruin what was important for thousands attending or those of us now viewing. When you think of the many weeks of practice for the bands, the marchers, the riders and above all the pipers the obnoxious ones are just that, rude and indecent. It was a beautiful, historic procession. Surely a good tech sandman can remove the shouters from the video. Please do.
Why don’t people show respect. It is bad behaviour on their part. What makes them think they are in the right. I am British living in New Zealand and proud of the Royal Family.
There's just something about the Scots and Scotland that is resplendent and regal. The Pipers always add a touch of nostalgia and a certain melancholy atmosphere. It's all truly lovely and majestic.
I love Scotland, tradition, history, landscape, pipers, ...the land of the King who loves being there as does his whole family. King Charles, we adore you. Beautiful ceremony. God Bless the King and Queen, Prince and Princess of Wales.😍😍😍😍

What a beautiful day for Scotland! The Royal Family looked amazing! The local government and people created a wonderful ceremony. The protesters and their cardboard signs 😂 .
Those protesters should be ashamed of themselves. In Africa, we love and respects our king and Queens whereas in Europe that Africans look up to insult their Kings. What a shame. Am proud to be an African woman and am proud of my king. Oba ghatokpere
I think it is utterly despicable what those people did today. I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but that does not give you the right to bully other people because they don't believe what you believe. Those protesters had decided that King Charles is not their King, which is fine, that is their opinion . However, there were thousands of people there who appreciate the Monarchy for the value it brings and so he is THEIR King! Did they have to ruin this special event in history for all of those people who took time out of their day to come and celebrate this once in a lifetime event ?? The Monarchy was there long before they were, so if they are not happy with having a king, why do they stay in a country that has one? And, why did they bother to go to an event that would celebrate the king?? It does not make any sense to me. To me that is not protesting, that is bullying others to try to make a point. Hope they feel "proud" of themselves for making a spectacle of themselves. Perhaps next time they might consider boycotting an event instead????!!
What I couldn't believe was that they gave them top billing location right at the street corner where the guests would be exiting the cars to the entrance of the church. Really??...like you couldn't have dispersed them to another less conspicuous part of the parade route?..allow them the right--but NOT to dominate and defile the occasion for everyone else there to enjoy. Such inept organization by law enforcement.
Isn't this the same Scotland that has been banging on about independence. Also in the uk, people have a right to protest. Just because it may not fit your narrative doesn't mean they can't protest.
Hope the selfish idiots feel bad for shaming Scotland that way. They should have been penned up much further away and not spoiled things for everyone else.
Rishi Sunak isn't my Prime Minister, but I don't go wherever he is, shouting "Not My Prime Minister", like these "Not My King" protestors with too much time on their hands do.
I mean at least the people have somewhat of a say on which party can run the government. The people have no say in who is the head of state. It doesn't fit in modern times

Love the ceremonials and praise for all the hard work that went into making this a wonderful and meaningful day. So sad to see the ne'er-do-nothing wokes. I assume they haven't anything better to do with their day; such as getting a job and making a real difference in the world. I've been to Scotland twice and found it and it's people and culture outstanding.
I consider there's too much tolerance to the "not my king" group. They ruined an entire ceremony showing no respect not only for the king but for everyone If you don't like the king, simply don't go! By the way, he's doing a job constitutionally commanded; so if you want to change that, go to the parliament, shame on you!!

I respect that people have their opinions on the monarchy, but why try to ruin the experience for those of us who enjoy watching these traditions and respect King Charles? Nothing better to do with their time I suppose.
It's the attitude of, "We don't like it, so we want to stop you from enjoying it too."
It's like me wanting people banned from eating chocolate and doughnuts because I'm on a diet. 😂😂
@@davidmccann9811 well said!
Yes it was a ridiculous situation and unfair on those who wanted to participate or view the spectacle.
Birch the blighters I say!!

They are allowed to and dare I say it encouraged.
I sure do applaud to the BAND for a job well done…the ceremony was beautiful nd so as everyone that was there..
Great Scottish coronation 🎉
There's just something about the Scots and Scotland that is resplendent and regal. The Pipers always add a touch of nostalgia and a certain melancholy atmosphere. It's all truly lovely and majestic.

Proud as always to see my bonny Scotland showing her colours. While I stand as a strong independence supporter my support for the Monarchy remains the same. When we gain our independence, I shall gladly support and fight for us to remain as one of the Kings Realms. God Save the King!
Nonsense. How can you support independence but at the same time support dependence?😂.
The Crown represents the history, the heart and soul of Great Britain.
@@ellensheilaapkarian1420 ;
Yes, perhaps the way it evolved through time was as you’ve just said. However , according to history it is the Crown of England not Scotland. Therefore it is silly request for independence and keeping the neighbours Crown.

It was the other way around though, the Scottish King was crowned the King of England. I'm English by the way.

Princess Catherine looks absolutely stunning...so proud of her .
Those who yell "not my king" need some education. They might not like it, but the facts remain the same.
Look how beautiful Scotland is
Royal is royal Sir you are a king congrats ❤
How nice they’re chanting noble king
What a beautiful day for Scotland! The Royal Family looked amazing! The local government and people created a wonderful ceremony. The protesters and their cardboard signs 😂 .
Those protesters should be ashamed of themselves. In Africa, we love and respects our king and Queens whereas in Europe that Africans look up to insult their Kings. What a shame. Am proud to be an African woman and am proud of my king. Oba ghatokpere

Hello from Indiana USA
I wish the person with the megaphone would shut up... It is obvious that the thousands of people there do not agree with him... Long live the King..
So nice today. Thank you for sharing.
Shouldnt of been allowed that near ...Disgusting....how embarrassing
I agree. They are very selfish to spoil the event for the majority.
God Save The King...shame on the protesters you could be in a mess like US AMERICANS
God Save the king 🇬🇧

Rishi Sunak isn't my Prime Minister, but I don't go wherever he is, shouting "Not My Prime Minister", like these "Not My King" protestors with too much time on their hands do.
So embarrassing aren't they ....
I mean at least the people have somewhat of a say on which party can run the government. The people have no say in who is the head of state. It doesn't fit in modern times
@@Atrail_Mckinley4786 but that's the point...the monarch is ABOVE the political fray. If they were elected, they would be nothing but an extension of that world.

I consider there's too much tolerance to the "not my king" group. They ruined an entire ceremony showing no respect not only for the king but for everyone
If you don't like the king, simply don't go! By the way, he's doing a job constitutionally commanded; so if you want to change that, go to the parliament, shame on you!!
Absolutely
Or they can move to a country with out king 👑 and see how that works out
