What a great video!! I was able to figure out your starting point on Google Earth referencing the street and parking lot on the left you passed shortly after the start. Then I followed your walk on Google Earth and I put labeled pins at each of the mural's location. I made a PDF of the map and now I have it on my phone for my visit in April on Enchanted Princess cruise ship. Thanks, so much. I did the same thing for Curacao.
Looking at your video on this cold Montreal November evening brings back memories of the many times I drove through San Nicolas on my way to one of my fav beach Rogers beach perhaps in Feb again
It’s great to see that they continue to add new murals. I was curious to see if anything new was added to the unfinished building to the right of the gasoline station but you ventured to the left of it. I feel like San Nicolas has not gotten the recognition it deserves as one of the best Caribbean Art cities. Your video has definitely brought it to light. If i’m not mistaken, I believe the Caribbean King and Queen mural if viewed through 3D glasses, you can see the different animations its layered with. Spectacular video, cant wait for the next one 👍🏻🎨🇦🇼
EdC NJ Oh no, so sorry about that one 🤦🏻♂️ ☺️ San Nicolas should def get more recognition, it’s looking better and better every year! I asked the Info guy about the Art Fair for 2020 and there is no confirmation yet but I believe it’s planned for late September. I’ve never seen the Caribbean King and Queen though 3D glasses myself but have heard the same thing.
Thank you for this upload from the other side of the bridge! Beautiful murals, San Nicolaas is my favourite place on the island, super friendly people as well. Aruba dushi tera!!
My pleasure!! San Nicolas is almost like a hidden gem (for the tourists), beautiful murals and super friendly people as you mentioned. For a real local vibe, it's a must visit!
The green iguana is gone. It used to be next to the public library. The Lionfish is just behind this building on the right (thumbnail). I also have a more recent video with a few updates and areas I did not film.
Hey, many years ago I drank a few with the owner Of BSL laundry at Charlie’s bar.I think his name was Martin. Many laughs. Anyone know if he still is around? Would like to visit again!! Is the laundry company still around?
Hi John, thanks for writing. I'm not familiar of who the owner is, so sorry I cannot help you with that information. Perhaps someone else reading this might know. The laundry itself is still around though. Thanks for watching and writing!
True, it kind of does - But at the same time San Nicolas is a much smaller town + no hotels nearby. It has during these last few years made great stride to look the way it does now, which I think looks beautiful and with more of a Caribbean feel to it compared to the eastern part of the island.
These are so beautiful.
Sure are!

Must be a holiday? Charlie’s bar is closed and the doors with the gates are empty? By the way, you missed walking down Rembrandt Street…
This one was filmed a while back.
Home sweet home
Asina mes🏘 Thanks for watching!
Went to the KFC. Only thing different was no roll.
Did you enjoy your visit to San Nicolas?
it looks pretty much like a abandoned area

Where the ladies at?
They took a break I guess.
