- Concert footage distributed to promote James McMurtry's 2009 "Live In Europe" CD, featuring the late Faces and Stones sideman Ian "Mac" McLaglan on keys along with McMurtry's usual touring trio.
James McMurtry is right there with Bob Dylan, the late Fred Neil and the late great Townes Van Zandt.
Hell Yeah, Ian 'Mac' McLaglan was in the Faces as well. Legend.
Late comer on James music. Genius. I am so happy to find a musician that is still writing tunes about topics of such a wide variety.
It’s NEVER too late !!!!!
I never had the privilege of meeting Ian. Guess I was too late
I’ve been listening to James McMurtry for a good while but some of these songs I’ve never heard.
