This game is just like real life. I accepted a call about a car not wanting to start. But I had one item yet to be discovered.
Spent hours searching for it so I decided to tear down the motor.
Turns out all I needed to do was change the timing belt.
Accept call at 9pm and didn't finish till 1am lol
@DieselDesigns Gaming in the ECU tuning menu , you are actually adjusting the gear ratios , the higher the gear ratio , the faster you will accelerate but the top speed is not that high ; the longer the gear ratio , the higher the top speed , but you might take a tiny bit amount of extra time to accelerate. And at the right side there's an option to increase or decrease the amount of gears in the gearbox.

Fairlady 240 Z S30 with the engine from a 280z bored out to 3.1L with a twin carbureted turbo and the transmission out of a Skyline GTS-R, thats the dream right there
I wish we could be able to customize the suspension like u could raise it or lower it.

I believe with some gearboxes you can add gears so it's easier to reach a high top speed.

My Tuner DLC Wishlist: adds vortex generators, roof scoops, widebody kits and fender flares, adjustable suspension height using something in the test path, camber, and louvers.
I wish you could drive the cars more, like making it a minigame to drive to the junkyard and so if you want to.
Also, there is no offroad track for pickups yet.
would also love to be able to have a showroom for up to 10 cars at my garage and also be able to customize the garage more... since ive got somewhat of OCD all the clutter is bothering me :P

There’s no car that takes the Diesel engine yet, my cousin and I looked all over and the developers said it’ll be added in a later update
I do know that the Chevy Colorado uses the inline 4cyl diesel irl so I'm hopeful to see it in game soon

The BEST way to get scrap is the scrap piles at the junk yard, 5k worth of parts and i got 1000 scrap just with a auto clicker

Add performance parts wherever you can, example, when you put fuel filter it actualy gives you double its price, sparkplugs too so dont worry about getting your car to look nice as it wont improve its price if you are going for money, but i suggest for you to go for money so you can get some more expensive cars
Also is it just me or when you look for the v12 Lamborghini you can never find it. But once you have it they are everywhere
Just discovered that using salvage to upgrade performance parts makes them much better

The gear ratio is the number of rotations it takes for the drive gear and the number of rotations by the driven gear. In your gearbox you have different gears 1st - 4th is your gears. this will then transfer over to the final drive ratio which is the ratio of gears connecting to the drive shaft. A ratio of 1:1 means the driver and driven gear turns at the same speed and would have the same torque. If you have a ratio of 3:1 it means the driver gear will make three rotations for every ratio of the driven gear. The faster your driven gear turns the faster you'll go. The slower the driven gear goes, the slower you'll go. If your first gear can reach 50 and your second gear 100, compared to if your first gear can reach 50 and your second gear 150. In the first case, you'll have a short gear and in the second instance, you'll have a long gear. A short gear means you'll go quickly through your gears, while a long gear means you'll take longer to reach the highest gear.

Inspect every single part on every car you work on, whether it needs repair or not, and you'll earn a pile of XP rather quick. That means using the visual inspection function from the pie menu as well as the various diagnostic tools you can buy. Cars with V8 engines (new or old) also tend to give more XP just because the engine has so many more parts to it.

let's be honest, we all know why workshop content isn't out yet - it's to give the DLCs a chance to sell.

Salvaging parts gets you all the scraps which you will spend the scraps to upgrade the parts to a higher level , and I think parts with a higher level means they are more durable , more reliable and maybe more profit for the vehicle that equips that higher level parts.

@@garry8385 If you're building it to resell, then yes as the increase in parts value will add up very fast. If you're planning to keep it, then maybe just the performance parts you put on as those are the only ones that will actually increase the car's power output.
So I’m just wondering how do you get money so easy like what are you doing to get it, if anyone knows how please let me know would be very helpful
Jobs and story jobs paid the most until about 33K did my first restoration and it netted me my first 100k. Now it’s Story jobs until they’re gone (only 29 of them) and then into full restorations. When the workshop comes out modded cars will have some nice profits after a regular job or restoration. Hope it helps!

@@rcamdenyt1747 most of the cars from the junkyard that cost about 8k-14k when fully remodeled sell for 80k-120k and the cheap ones you find below 8k sell for 50k+ they cost like 20k to fix so i started with little cheap cars from junkyard then moved to more expensive ones i can find im sitting on about 200k myself now at lvl13

There's no Diesel engines on the game? Oooof. That's the same thing as make a football game with just 1 team to choose of. Not gonna lie that disappointed me a bit cause most of the cars here in Europe use Diesel engines.
