This is amazing. This could actually be live saving, provide better nutrition and allow the elderly stay in their homes longer. A good side business or brava expansion would be pre-prepped (one pan) meals that someone can place in a brava pan, hit a pre-set option and load into the brava. The most important issue, other than falls, with elderly is cooking and healthy eating. I’ll leave you to present to Brava if you choose. Thank you for showing us this awesome gadget
As someone who does 90% of their cooking in a toaster oven, OMG. I was thinking a French door toaster oven with a digital display was fancy this is a whole different level. Thank you for your efforts!
While it is true it is easier to get sunburned at higher elevations, it has absolutely nothing to due with being "closer to the sun" and everything to due with the atmosphere being thinner, lol.
Really good review. This thing is on our radar for this Christmas. Also, don't ever use that Denver explanation. Your friend is wrong. It's not because you're closer to the sun, which is on average 93 MILLION miles away (which actually varies by about 3 million over the course of the year). One more mile closer doesn't make any difference. It's the thin atmosphere at that altitude that doesn't filter out the burning UV rays as much as a thicker atmosphere would.
Surely the major ‘con’ is that the manufacturers say while it is in use no other appliances should be running at the same time as it will overload your circuit.
How long have you used it before this review? I want to know what’s the reliability after 2 years or more. I’ve read numerous complaints about the $1300 June failing after just 2 years so I’m hesitant t spend that much money on a toaster oven. And are the non-stick accessories Teflon (or some toxic variation) or are they non-toxic? I don’t believe any of these reviewers who say Teflon is non-toxic because the temperature doesn’t get hot enough for it to be toxic. They’re just parroting what the corporation tells them instead of doing some real research.
Depends on the cook and they’re changing quite a bit. But typically yes I’ve had to flip the steak or burger once during the cook. For a sear of the steak it seems like that is much more prominent on the top than on the bottom where the steak touches the pan. Sometimes I’ll do a manual sear at the end myself if one side seems less done.
I am just so annoyed it still isn't out internationally... I live in Germany and so want one of those and when like always can't get the cool stuff you guys have...
Just to clarify your Denver analogy, it isnt because you are closer to the sun. It because there is less atmosphere between you and the sun to protect you.
I just got this, partly based on this review. Using it is NOT like this for me. It took over 2 hours to try and figure out the first meal. I couldn't get it to cook different in the 3 zones. Full wings (no recipe for) didn't turn out crispy and other food got overcooked. There are not many recipes in the app. (Only 1 for wings, which are drummettes, and 2 with teriyaki sauce and one with bar-b-que sauce-that's it.) The instructions that come with are super minimal. For such a high price, you think they could have done a decent manuel! The screen you have to look at to input data is hard to work with if you are short as it is not far below eye level. I had to get a step-stool. The input buttons are teeny weenie in the screen! SUPER tiny on a keyboard. Had to get a pen with a cushion for ipad input because the placement of keys is so tiny. Oh...and you have to pay an EXTRA $60 for shipping on this nearly $1500 oven. I'm going to return mine. This is NOT well set-up and it feels VERY over-priced for what it does. I've spent hours trying to get it to work well and it is super hard to work with. I'm very disappointed. Not worth the money.
I bought this oven at goodwill, I paid $45! I really love this! I have everything from Ninja, grill, pressure cooker and air fryer. I am debating to get rid of a couple Ninja cookery

WELL THOUGHT OUT VIDEO! The most concise video of a product I've watched in a long time. I was in it from start to end. That and a bottle of Merlot.
Thank you. I appreciate it as this was one of the longest productions I’ve done.

Its way to expensive for a mini oven u out on the counter
Ur presentation is awesome.Enjoyed the video and learned so much about the functions.Thank You
Is it easy to clean?? Is there a lot of splatter when cooking larger items. Like whole chicken?

Does a person at ground level have more or less atmosphere between their skin and the sun than a person in the mountains? 🤔
@@johnathanjackson6258 it’s technically true, but that is not the reason
Is this device energy efficient?

Makes more sense
Great review! Thanks
How to clean the interior of the Brava? Is it a hassle?
Does this need kitchen exhaust while cooking steak?
This goin change truckin for me
Does cooking in the brave let the food smell out very much?
I’d say similar to regular oven.
The tray is numbered 1 2 3 for different heat. Can you cook 3 steaks on the tray with the heat being adjusted equally
Yes. You just have to click the plus sign in the cook to add extra steaks and it will tell you which zones to put the extra ones.
I'm from Buffalo too .. It must be a sign 👍🏻 ❤️
How long are the lifespan on the fillaments, or do you have to change the lights pr is it even possible?
And how disgusting it looks inside 😳
3 years later, is the Brava still one of the best Smart Ovens out there or have you found better options?
This was my same exact question. I do like the new addition of the glass window (even if it costs more).
Can you cook from frozen? Is it difficult to master it?
Outstanding video! Thank you for all your effort and hard work. Is the mug in hand a prop?
It may have been after awhile.. I was drinking coffee for a bit of this but this review took awhile!
Hey! Love your review. The affiliate link isn’t working. Can you post another one ?

I'm wondering if you can do a sous vide cooking reviews as well.
Looks interesting…thank you.
I honestly think that steak in the Brava looks amazing but cast iron on the stove will always be my favorite.
Brava or anova? Which is better?
links don't work bro
Do you need to turn over when cooking steaks, chicken pork chops

My toaster makes one side darker, It seems the inside coil is hotter.

Right, but how is the beef on weck? Lol 716! Great review
I’m more of a wing guy myself but they’re both great! Thank you!
They should make it into a full size oven
They would be extremely expensive, which is probably why they haven’t

Cooking with cast iron is good and cool. Done watching your vid. Buh bye.
Kiddnaping!
Dig the unboxing jab. 🤣 Not sure which is more moronic, unboxing or reaction videos. "Perhaps a reaction video to an unboxing video?"
BRILLIANT! 🫣
