I made a huge mistake when I moved. Small, rural, the primary gives scrips for buprenorphine. Now, after years of CRPS, I kept addiction off my medical records. Until now. Now, no pain control beyond my patch. Cuz I am labeled a junkie. Forever now. I am 60. I need more pain connrol. Now will never get it..

Opiods in 2021 but ALOTTA DRS are following the 2016 guidelines making patients suffer and states adopted the 2016 MME my state did and the ppl making the laws had their IN addiction clinics and where shrinks not pain specialists and some hadn't EVEN TOUCHED A REAL patient in 20 yrs the DEA/CIA are in a war on Americans in pain

So what you're saying is that since drug addicts need milligrams of buprenorphine while pain patients need micrograms, and I go to my doctor asking for only 21.5mg daily of hydrocodone which NO DRUG ADDICT would want, the doctors should be smart enough to realize that I'm not a drug addict??? Oh wait, they're overpaid idiots who know nothing about addiction and have never taken a drug in their life. All "addiction specialists" should be required to take hard drugs for 3 months to get real experience.

I am prescribed bupre for neck arthritis. Is it effective...not very but better tha OTC. However, recent mental health studies show that those who take buprenorphine score higher than than the population in general for day to day happiness, adjustment, and most other mental health criteria...at least I have read this and for me it is absolutely the truth. Though my pain is there my attitude toward it allows me to live right thru it.

Well it's a pretty strong opioid. As long as you are okay with the idea of being on it a long time or permanently.
I've never did subs but personally every opioid goes like this for me: great for the first month-year then I start to feel dull and lifeless. Currently stuck on kratom.

I’ve reduced from 0.4mg of buprenorphine, to 0.2mg, 50% drop.
If my doctor says the withdrawals are in my head, I will struggle not to hit him. They are VERY real !!!!
I’m down from 24mg, over 2-3 years, which I’m pleased about, but this last bit is hell,
I’m an ex heroin addict, 61 years old, my body is so finely tuned to buprenorphine, my doctor just doesn’t understand, looking to buy online, but it doesn’t seem easy, got two weeks on 0.2mg, then it stops, absolutely dreading it, anyone else understand, Simon from England

It's been almost 2 years now and I'm so glad I'm free. The half life on this stuff is insane, so the discomfort lasts awhile longer but it's so worth the jump. Good luck to you my friend.

Hi man...which is the best in regard to long term use? I had a doctor that wasn't a really big fan of acetaminophen due to the whole...what was it? Either potential liver or kidney damage...not sure which...as to keep this comment as generic as possible, say a person is on Hydro 5mg/ acetaminophen mix, taking between one to two daily for Arthritis pain management...what are the available (through prescription of a license to prescribe medical professional, of coarse) alternatives to it within the same class schedule III, that would get equivalent to slightly higher pain relief, as well as less health risks? Thanks for the video, and hope you and yours are doing well!

Heroin is a full agonist. That means it WORKS to reduce your sense of the pain immediately & make you feel better fast, even with some added euphoria! Heroin is made from Opium thats easily harvested from simple Poppy flowers that you can grow in your back yard! The best medicines & substances to use on the Planet are the ones citizens can make at home just as our pioneering grandparents use to do!
All excellent medicinal products started on FARMS!! Keep that in mind! The original pharmacists were Farmers!! The Ones who grew the plants that make the drugs we use!!
So why is it bad to take a drug that will work for your chronic pain? Especially if that pain will never go away for the rest of your life?? Since you will be in pain from certain injuries for life, why not take the best pain medication ever created? Heroin. Ohh because the DEA doesn’t want people to grow flowers that they can turn into medicines hence avoiding paying the government billons in Health care costs!! Thats one reason why Heroin was made into a Schedule 1 Controlled Substance! If you doubt me go look it up. Heroin is an excellent product for pain & if you get old you can expect pain to be in your life! Why shouldn’t you have the choice to make & take your own pain management substances??its the same principle as brewing beer or making wine at home! The GOVERNMENT WANTS $$$ By way of CONTROL. There’s nothing wrong with taking drugs for pain or for getting high-euphoria.
Lets get real. Theres NOTHING WRONG WITH GETTING HIGH! You’ve been LIED TO & brainwashed around opiates! All of us Doctors KNOW THIS FACT! Heroin is one of the best drugs because of its PHARMACOLOGY!
Addiction is a Myth, just as Doctor Szasz proved decades ago.

Been on and off sub since 2003 and half my teeth are gone, the other half pretty much need to go. I told my sub provider about the FDA press release regarding dental damage - she didn't know.

@@ryancorroll4667 I went to the methadone clinic this morning, then pain clinic after.
Methadone Doctor won't be back for a week, pain clinic won't prescribe methadone. I think they're doing suboxone.
So I have to suffer thru the adverse effects the Buprenorphine is having on my nervous system for a week. Fuuuck.
I had a very acute heart incident that is being investigated. Got too cold asleep in a cold sweat. I was hypothermic turns out, paramedics were there when it happened. Heart pain woke me up, called them immediately. I knew what was happening. I was a massage therapist ffs. I know more about the musculoskeletal system, probably nervous too, than most doctors. My GP told me that a long time ago. We even took pharmacology. Healthcare. Manipulating bodies. U can hurt someone. Anyways, I was 94°F after a hot shower trying to break the sweat. Wasn't working. Got out, tried to dry off, it wasn't working, still sweating, got in bed again. Had a heart attack.. White hot yet cold Stabbing pain like A sword going thru my back out my chest. Electricity running down both arms. I jump started. My heart was trying to warm me up. My chest did compressions on itself. I was naked, paramedics saw it, called a breathing problem, fuckers. My heart will be damaged. They're gonna image it. So sick of doctors not believing me or pretending not to and gaslighting me. Causes u to ignore signs and symptoms which isn't good in the long run. U guys have been ignoring my symptoms forever. I predicted all of it. Eventually the damage showed up on imaging.
Small fiber neuropathy. Can't handle most chemicals. Hopefully the methadone will be well tolerated. I tolerated it fine when I was on it 20 yrs ago.

I'm actually gonna ask the methadone doctor to prescribe the natural opiates. Itd be more healthy physically to prescribe morphine out that methadone window. More healthy for the patient, not the pharma stockholders pockets.
