In minute 12:55 you have many peaks below -10dB, then which one should I choose as the resonant frequency of my antenna ? Or this mean that works on every frequency below -10dB? Thanks for the video :)

How can i get another values? (ex. substrate width&length, inset, inset gaps, radiation width&length&height)

i have the same issue back then, what I did was let HFSS generate this kind of patch (50 ohms) with inset gaps and specific length based on the range of frequencies I want to sweep min. to max. frequencies. once it is automatically generated, you can then try this building manually like in the video
