I am on year 50 of ME/CFS. My father and I were pioneers of Infrared Therapy back in the 1990's (Dad's untimely death forced me to stop). I gave my supplement regime to Dr. Klimas to prove efficacy using US DoD money for other sufferers. I am glad that Ren is building a IR sauna as his music has helped me through my most recent rough patch. Though I don't profit from any of it, at least it gave me a purpose I can rest in. 😏
So much of what you say. Ren, reared it's ugly head during the pandemic, with the UK Govt giving huge contracts to donors and mates companies. One well known beneficiary bought a super yacht and mansion on PPE profits, 50% of supply was junked. Meanwhile, the waiting list grew to 8m (only 0.75m of that could be linked to pandemic). In the UK we have to make the NHS work, because it has and can be brilliant. It's shear buying power sees our prescriptions cost a fraction of the US. Me and my close family have had mixed NHS service interventions, for the most part for me it has been brilliant. Over all though, I agree with you in that we have to be there to lobby for and help those with chronic illness.
I thought doctors took an oath, would be interesting to remind the ones who have forgotten ? Would it be really that difficult to make countries sign an international convention putting people before profit in healthcare? I mean the US got very strict regulations against monopolies since Rockfeller, so Big Pharma companies like Pfitzer could be under investigation for those practices? Vandana Shiva in India made Monsanto - which patented traditional ancient crops to sell its GM sterile and unadapted crops - yield. Yes, it took years, but it was the most sensible thing to do to feed the local populations, it was a matter of survival. So is healthcare! I think there is nothing Renegates can't do 💪🏻🙌🏻
I don't say this lightly but for the wider community, I have had bad post viral dignity in the past. Yes, more research is needed, but the old knowledge around herbal medicine and homoeopathy can be really effective. It's kept me largely on the right side for close on 30 years now, when mainstream pharma rarely had much of use to offer. Saying this for the wider community. A good trained practitioner is essential though, and not cheap, not always easy to come by. X

Wow thankyou for your knowledge ren this is so true.. i was on alot of meds couldnt tell you half of them it became that many but when i became pregnant the hospital replaced alot of these then after i gave birth the docs put me back on the original medications and more then when i questioned (as i didnt think these were doing as good) i was told because meds were safer for baby but it costs nhs more so cant stay on them 💡 madness and addictive went from one pill age 12 to about 12 in 30s then at one point i was on 20 odd short term one pill led to another and another side effects etc i was a zombie and still recovering but im here you inspire me ren thankyou ⚡️⚡️🫶🤍🕯 Edited apologies was writing as if i was talking to ren, told ya still recovering 😅.
