    💠 Positive thinking is a trap! The problem with positive thinking as an approach is that it operates at the surface level of conscious thoughts. It does nothing to contend with the subconscious mind, where negative self-talk and limiting beliefs really live. If you've tried thinking positively, you know that it can be a difficult habit to maintain. Have you heard the phrase action speaks louder than words? Progress is the fastest root to feeling better within, not positive thinking. The mind is pessimistic by nature, and science proves if you think about anything long enough, it will end up finding the negative. Marry that up with defunct programming in your unconscious mind that has hidden negative emotions that are unprocessed - this kicks out negative chat. Instead, Master awareness - the more aware you become of observing your thoughts rather than believing you are your thoughts the easier it is to allow them to go on by without effect Identify the negative stuck emotion and work with an expert to heal this in the unconscious mind Take your power back - you not a basket case your a spiritual being having a human experience. You have always just done the best you can with the tools you had. Now your awakening to the cause of your negative thinking, it is time to stop moping and start taking action. The negative feelings and intrusive thoughts are to get your attention to tell you there is some healing to be done. The unprocessed past trauma, stress negative emotion is now ready to be completed in its cycle so that they can heal and move on. What you get in return is your energy back,bad self-sabotaging habits fall away and your mental health operates in credit rather than overdraft leaving you feeling calm and content within.
