I see that you do this in every video and it's a really great help!
This video was made just for me wasn’t it guys
😂😂😅
This is the best knowledge on the internet for jumping keep up with the daily vids 🙏🏾
Really interesting vid bois. My right-left penultimate step is also weird!!
btw-Love hearing how you guys developed your dunking interests. Really inspiring. Also Johns un-athletic villain arc is crazy!!
what do you guys think about the block foot angle? the steep one like jordan kilganon, and the "normal" one like isaiah rivera? I thought the steeper it is (higher hip internal rotation), the more speed converted through the take off. Maybe a video about that?
Good breakdown by John
He’s the jump Einstein
Austin - “Don’t be a vampire, be a Dunker!” 😂
Hey Isaiah, how often do you workout and how long do your plyo workouts usually last
We want to see ur training circle again like before
My knees have gotten a whole lot better. I have ZERO knee pain for the past few days
The Science of 'Parameters' and the knowledge of confiding affects helps when conserving and measuring activity. At 15 ft a one dribble for two footed jump amounts to a certain concentric force which when applied as an hindsight physical feature; helps to variate energy usage such as a backwards thunder dunk opposed to a One Arm Tomahawk. But the 'Penultimate Step' is where it starts. 💌🏀
Is English your second language?
Yes
What happened at the end of the video
11:47 how the hell you say "up" in sync 😂
Hello, so I was doing my jump seesion today and I've watched the video that you did on the two step approach and how we should take five steps. But, as I was doing my jumps, I've found out that I jumped higher and more consistent on a one step approach. I was just curious on why that was the case, and if you could help me out that would be helpful. Thank you.
Prolly need to slow down more on your first couple of steps
I feel like when i approach slower and have shorter penultimate step I jump higher. Why is that
Terry Cournoyea doesnt go knee to knee before plant foot, what do you think?
Actually, I dont see many short jumpers going knee to knee before plant foot. Tdub, air nigeria, porter maberry all had a (relatively) long plant foot where knee to knee happens somewhere in between the plant foot is planted and block foot
I noticed you always do this little head bop when you jump. Is that intentional? I could see how it might help with your momentum.
I've tried and tried and tried, but when I do a long Penultimate step, I actually jump lower than when I do a short Penultimate step. It's about a 2 inch difference.
It's about technique and being able to transfer horizontal momentum vertically, keep working on the long one it will be beneficial in the long term
@@thibaulttibourciodelacorre1131I still go out and practice it twice a week.
Yep ilovebasketballtv facts
What happened at the end😂
We can’t say 😂

Shorter penultimate means they are more elastic and rely on short ground cobtact
Not necessarily true - That's related to how much knee flexion you move into- which actually is a good thing. Shorter is not good.
@@JohnEvans elastic guys like Anthony height ty slime reaper rely on a short penultimate because they are insanely elastic
@@Jjjjaaaammmmjdjd Define elastic.
@@JohnEvans they are elastic so they don’t have a long penultimate they do better with a lift because they are so elastic
wait who is filipino in thp
Show some tips. Podcasts are lame
