You will get equally better at both depending on the amount of time you spend doing it. Playing one hand does have it's advantages especially during scratch songs as there are some patterns which are really difficult to handle with two hands which can be easily manageable by one handed players.

He quit due to not ambidexterous... the ambidexterous players reach this level in 1H, then can do the same thing with their left (so the skill is xeroxed over to the other side... of the.. um.. body/brain..)... so if someone reaches V2 Another AAA level right hand, then can do the same with their left (weird..) ... then they can play advanced 14-key notecharts (such as End time [uranus], songs like that...) >_> wow.. And when I look at End Time [uranus].. I'm like...what's the point in a piano? Just play this and listen to mp3's.. better.
