EX72WDF Peugeot Scooter rider red light jump, Essex Police result; Course or Conditional Offer

I was filtering up to the bike box when a scooter rider blasted through the red light, he was very clever in taking his foot off the peg to try and hide his number plate. It didn't work, so they'll hopefully take the driving course offered and improve their ways.
