Hola Petar. Excelente exposición la de Miller Preciado. Sí, hay que saber gestionar con inteligencia y humanidad todo lo referente a la agricultura y la ganadería, pilares básicos y fundamentales de la economía y de la supervivencia humana. Hay que utilizar todos los recursos que se nos puedan brindar, materiales y de tipo tecnológico y siempre en bien del Medio Ambiente. Hay que ser conscientes de que hay que cuidarlo y mimarlo, ya que es lo que tenemos de cierto y es lo que les va a quedar a las generaciones futuras. La verdad es que ha tocado todos los temas en los que estoy ahora (envasado, empaque, seguridad alimentaria, sostenibilidad ambiental, etc.). He estado pendiente de toda la entrevista y aparte de los arándanos, menciona a las flores, como tales. Hoy en día, se está poniendo de moda en Gastronomía, las flores de uso comestible, (lo mismo esto le da una idea). Se le ve muy humano y con las ideas claras y sanas. Muchas gracias. Un saludo.
