You know, it's sad when I think about it: The only one who can void the contract that prevents Rozemyne and her family acknowledging each other as family is the Aub (or the royal family I guess). It currently seems that Rozemyne is pretty darn set to become the next Aub Ehrenfest, or at least the First Wife of the Aub with whom she is on very good terms because if nothing else, she saved both him and his sister from certain death. But the sad thing is, by the time she actually has the authority to void the contract... she'll have spent more time in the nobility than with her lower-city family. And worse still, she STILL won't be in a position where she can acknowledge them or vice-versa because it would unleash untold scandal. The most she would be able to do is have heart-to-hearts with Tuuli and Effa in her Secret Room... and even then she can't do that because she has to have scholars with her at all times.

I am older 55+ and never could understand the soaps the women of my family loved when i was younger. I live in the day and the chapter, not the wrongs of my grandparents, and i am ok with that, but aob/you help me understand how much thinking like a Victim impedes the progress of groups societies and countries.

I've loved Ascendance of a Bookworm, but I didn't even realize their was a light novel series of it (just manga and anime) until I came across this video! But... Since I definitely had to catch up on things I had to go back to good old episode 1 and work my way back up to here this last week. I've also acquired several volumes of the light novel now and I'll be reading them soon!

Hey I got the shirt washed it once like I do with all new clothes and the design for super degraded. I didn’t even get a chance to wear it before the design got partially washed out. I used lukewarm water. It’s ok I’ll still wear it just inside only :(
While I enjoy reading the text blurbs/jokes you have onscreen, they seem to go by too quickly which forces me to frequently pause to keep up. That or I'm just too slow to listen to your voice over and keep up with reading the screen at the same time. Part of me is like "If he slows it down it would sadly mean less jokes." I dunno, maybe it can't be helped.
I wish they gave Hatmut's father more character. He doesn't even get a name. I want to know more about everyone's background and Hartmut just hits me as a character that might cause things to happen. Edit: I thought it was his father that showed up, but it was his Uncle. Still, he got no name.
