IMHO Guys are built differently. Female hips are above the belly button. I have a closer stance trying to build my quads. Creatine just seemed to bloat me; stopped that years ago. On Deer Antler now which seems to boost recovery. Great tips on warmup and a treadmill workout prior. Thanks!

@@powerhousegym007I do use preworkout! I use 1st Phorms megawatt. Beta alanine is great too! If you want a preworkout that has that in it, project 1 is great too!!
Comfort is certainly a factor! Low bar can be a bit more challenging for people with shoulder mobility issues, while high bar can be more challenging for people with poorer ankle mobility. Try different things and see what works best for you!
I know this is a sales pitch, however... great advice and great lifting form... curious about the glucose sensor you're wearing on your arm though, you don't appear to have an insulin pump, so I'm guessing you're wearing it to add analytics data?
Thank you! I mention the products that I use religiously and definitely recommend trying them out, but that’s totally optional and hope the info in the vid was useful! I’m a type 1 diabetic so I use a CGM, but im on multiple daily injections instead of the pump. I don’t recommend using a CGM outside of being diabetic, but to each their own!

I'm on a pump following several DKA episodes, pens are hard 🤯 massive kudos to you for doing so well with it... how long have you had it and how long has it taken you to get to where your at form/lifting wise?🤔👍
