Unfortunately this didn't work for my Mavic Pro, the 'DJI Assistant 2 for Mavic' on Mac shows the message 'Device Not Supported'. So I tried the older Assistant, but this application isn't compatible on the current version of MacOS. So unfortunately not the same experience as shown in your video. Thanks DJI!
I had that issue too. Solved it by installing trial of Parallels Desktop with Windows 11 in it, then go download the WIndows version and then the Assistant tool.
Nothing against this video, but I'm a bit mad at DJI because they removed the ability to reset drones to factory defaults with the Air 2... Just tried today and the new DJI Assistant doesn't have the Reset Factory Defaults option in the sidebar. It did on previous version for previous generation models (like the Mavic Pro, Original Air, etc). Found on some forums that this is either "not compatible" or "can't be done" according to the DJI forum (a response from a DJI rep) which is a bunch of B/S. Plus this is a privacy/security concern, particularly if you fly around your backyard or something. Plus I noticed the log data is HUGE, even for a simple 10 minute flight I had about 80 or 100MB of data in some cases.... I'm wondering if it's storing imagery in that log file too... anyway, thanks for the video though as it's helpful, but too bad it doesn't work with the newer DJI drones and that DJI removed this function out of their Assistant app.
So i am having this issue imu not calibrated and when i try to click on start it does not function. What should i do i did refresh the firmware from dji assistant app. Any help? Any suggestions??

Hi there! I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble connecting your DJI Mavic Pro drone to your computer via USB. There could be a number of reasons why your computer isn't recognizing the drone, such as an issue with the USB port or cable, or a software problem on your computer. One thing you could try is using a different USB cable to connect your drone to your computer. Sometimes, cables can become damaged or worn out over time, so using a new one might help. Additionally, you could try connecting the drone to a different USB port on your computer to see if that makes a difference. If none of these steps work, you might want to consider reaching out to DJI customer support for further assistance. If you purchase a DJI Mini Pro 3 that is already bound to another account, you can reset it to factory settings and then bind it to your own DJI account. To reset the drone to factory settings, follow these steps: Turn on the drone and remote control. Turn on your drone and remote controller.
Connect your mobile device to the remote controller and launch the DJI GO 4 app.
In the DJI GO 4 app, tap on the three dots icon in the top-right corner and select "Remote Controller Settings".
Under the "Advanced Settings" section, select "Reset to Default".
Tap "Reset" to confirm the factory reset.
Please note that this process will erase all of your drone and remote controller settings, including your flight logs and other personalized settings. Therefore, be sure to back up any important data before performing the factory reset.
If you are still having trouble with the process or the drone does not respond as expected, you may need to contact DJI customer support for further assistance.
Thankyou
You’re welcome 😊
