As of recent updates, and the features of bird mailing and vip extended storage, multiboxing of any kind is now against the rules, you can use other accounts still, just not both at the same time.
I just logged into PG after watching this video and an Admin was saying any multi-logging was a bannable offence. He said there was a muling exemption UNTIL they put in the mail system and that exemption has been revoked.
