Have done this a few times . Always a great tip to remember. If you just let it cool down usually just falls out 👍🏻

I like how you said "some dinosaur taught me that"
I learned this trick from an old mechanic ready to retire.

Very nice!! Been around for A LONG TIME including a birthday last week and never saw that trick before. So obvious it makes perfect sense. Always like learning new tricks. Thanks Matt !! 👍👍👍

Old school. Seen this before now that I see what you did, but I seen this so long ago nearly forgot. Probably could have used this trick a time or 2 over the years to save myself an ass ache.

Really surprised no has said anything about the absence of gloves! You’re crazy dude. I’m not the best at wearing my safety glasses but that’s gotta be hot!

Nope haven’t seen that. Makes sense. I knew about freezing to shrink before putting in. Not on here much anymore Matt. Think I’ve sent you messages months ago on messenger but no reply so you may not be on there nowadays. Guess what? The old truck is about ready for the road. Getting ready to get it hauled to muffler shop. Hope to cruise some this summer.

This is the best way to remove ford explorer wheel bearings so thought any chance of breaking the spindle
