- Can Am Maverick X3 mwas having some belt slipping issues so we investigated. Here is what we found. (Part 1) We had to use some Lucas Thick and Tacky grease inside the bolt hole of the primary to create more pressure to remove the primary clutch off the taper. Stuffing the hole with bread works also but is much harder to clean up after the clutch releases.

it make sense to check your clutches after a few rides, glad you guys caught it before it got worse
Yes. Should blow out the clutches with compressed air every 5th ride at the most and while there, inspect them quickly.
It's wild how those stock rollers disintegrate to dust and are no where to be found after they disappear huh I've Never have had another issue with them after changing them out though 😁👍

I need help with pulling my secondary clutch completely off of my 2018 cam am x3 turbo. I bought a mother clutcher kit. Is there a link for the tool? Hope my comment makes sense 😂
Ride Command in my Turbo R is probably my favorite option that Polaris offers !! Not that there's anything wrong with Can-Am, its' an awesome machine too !!!
I wish ride command had consistent group ride and a base mapping like Lifetime Maps. But all the other features are killer for sure.
