You can use the tree as well instead of going to the statue. Interact with the tree and wait for a few seconds just like you would do to use the booster. Saves time
I picked elemental build because there were literal signs in the game that said "this element is good for killing this enemy" plus some random dialogs.
You can actually redo all your specs at the golden coin fruit tree… All you have to do is inspect it after you grab the fruit the first time and it gives you the option for like four fruit

Really good video otherwise, but what i don’t get is having weight limit higher than your main damaging stat. I have like 10 in that stat and I’m fine so far, is it more useful at the end of the game or ng+?
You have to try the wrench with the electric handle in the advance build.. The reach is not the best bust the stagger demage is crazy.. It stagger enemies so fast
I got stuck at a mini-boss at the Lorenzini Arcade. Switched over to the Tyrant Murderer's dagger and the game went to easy mode FAST. Still using it in the last act with both speed and great DPS. Only the damage block sucks, so I tend to dodge allot more.
Great vid! I prefer the other elemental weapons, the spinner electric blade thingy, the acid axe, and the fire blade, they're heavier but do amazing stagger
Went heavy motifvity for NG and NG+. Started using elemental for NG++ and I have to say it kinda burns them down. Really a shame the scaling sucks in this game. An S scaling only giving a single point after 30 Advance is a bit silly.
@@P4wnyhof there is no shot people have beaten 4 main bosses in 3 hours. I think you meant that you will have the first weapon (shock hammer) after 2-3 hours, but definitely not what you said

So use the acid handle for fire blade,acid blade,and electric coil head? I tried the electric coil on the electric 3rd boss u fight and man new game+ boss health is ridiculous and they hit hard. I have 38 points in hp and bosses it me once and take more than half my health
@P4wnyhof let's hope they balance all new games so that it stays consistent and not seem overly tuned. But I really enjoy this game alot. My next souls game. Lords of the fallen. I cannot wait to play it. I've been waiting awhile for it and it's almost here!!
So elemental is nice, but if you high number strength weapons. I use the head of the puppet ax, and the handle from the pickaxe to close gaps, and make human fights trivial
The only thing different from my current build was the p organs , still having a hard time on the 2nd to last boss and the legion arm (was using the acid one cuz he's weak to acid , but may reset the legion arms and porgans and try again again)
I’m on my ng+ run on the 2nd brotherhood fight and god it is frustrating. Might give this a try since I’ve been doing a pure dex build with a +5 dragon sword and some of these bosses feel so health spongey even when I’m getting like a 50% dmg boost on perfect parry heavy attacks
I use the electric coil head on the baton handke and it does so good and i put the salamnder dagger head on the electric coil handle and it slashes nice which is good for if you have more then one enemy you can get both at once
This is literally the weapons I have been using and struggling with bosses for hours :D You don't really need anything special for regular enemies most of the time.
why no P-Organ dodge out of knock-down?, in Phase 2. also, More dmg when weapon is a full sharpness + sharpen when weapon is sheathed. then you always do like 20% more dmg on your first attack.
I used beast feast or what ever its called as early as i could and just charged R2'd my way through the game lol, at times was rough but big boom and big numbers was nice.
i just figured out after spending all my quartz (im early) I cant kill mad puppet clown cos I thought I was getting extra health things but I wasnt I hadnt upgraded them fully. so im kinda stuck
I use the pipe wrench head with police handle and r2 everything nothing can hit you a full charged r2 staggers them so you can do another r2 you literally never get hit by anyone..... now these weapons you have to time a dodge or guard sadly
I'm just finish chapter 5 boss fight. I only did balance build on stats and random P organ. After eatching this video. I can say i just want to start a new game again to fix do this build.
All this only rly works if don't have good strength. My hammer will just 1 shot the same enemies he stabs like 4 to 5 times. Hoping they don't hit back.
Anyone else not liking elemental weapons due to limited grinder options? I feel like elemental weapons are a waste just because you have this inbuild elemntal damage replacing regular physical... Grinder can do the same without actual physical damage loss. Ofc grinder charges have to be managed, but that's another story... I am in NG+3 and not sure what can I even improve: Motivity + Tech build. Mostly rocking Wrench with a few different handles.
I tried advance build in NG+1 and it was just too weak and I had all needed stats at softcap(lv250 atm). Now in NG+2 its way too weak to compete. I settled with motivity/technique with oroboros
Is this a problem with Advance build in general or the fact that you are on NG+?? I assume the scaling on Advance softcaps/hardcaps at some level & additional points stop adding to damage scaling. You "settled" with a motivity/technique build because you are at such a high level that you need to use 2+ main stats for attacking to avoid the softcaps/hardcaps that exist at your level if you only used a single stat. What I'm curious about --- how the Advance Build stacks up in brand new NG.

Thats basically my build, I stuck with both parts of the electric coil since i feel like shocked is just an insane status. can recommend it I felt OP when fighting puppets.
This games combat is garbage. It has one gimmick and it's tedious, the perfect block.Depending on the enemy,stand and wait, perfect block,counter repeat. It's a shame because the rest of the game is great.

I did a str build, and as soon as I got to statue, reallocated to advance build. Elemental is just so strong that it feels silly not to.

Electric coil stick head is amazing on the booster glaive handle when combined with an advance crank. Good for technique/advance builds

I made fire dagger with stick from electric thing but no stabbing just vertical hits🤷🏻

Jeah Scaling ain't super powerful but also allowing you too kinda go for more variety!

Why you dont upgrade motivity which gives you more damage on enemy?

NG+ has some weird balancing - Yes things hit ultra hard :D!

This is very similar to me 2nd run build. Though I'm using flame acid and shock legion arms to stack 2 types of ailments on everything

That does not "matter at all" - Balanced is most of the way the best choice for stat distribution

So far sawblade + bramble handle is king for me. The boss weapons are great but slow as hell except for etiquette which is just flashy.

The 3rd's boss with handle fable art is good. It turn the sword into a glaive that give you both extra length and a faster attack speed.

Advance is the weakest build in the game at the moment. You need things to die quickly. Not burn slowly
