Waffle Ingredients
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
1/2 cup oil
2 tspoon of vanilla extract
13/4 milk
2 cups of flour
4tbspoon baking powder
1/4tsp salt
N:B Don’t over mix the batter it is okay if it has lumps. Also you can use this recipe for plain waffle and pancakes.
Buttermilk pancake
11/4 cups of flour
2teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 tablespoon sugar a pinch of salt 1 cup of milk1 tablespoon vinegar 1 tablespoon of veg oil 1 large egg
1 tspoon vanilla extract
