@@ultimateb11 ye so if you accept the rat quest, i believe you have to kill the rat. if you decline it, i dont believe you do. but yeah you 100% need to talk to him after Gyoubu to spawn him in the tower

not in the castle i talked to him at the back of the groubo fight area😅
