Omg thank you for this video. I just ordered those exact flavors, and will be making a three container batch exactly like this, one stick of butter, two scoops chocolate peanut butter, one scoop salted Carmel. I like to add beef gelatin too 💟💟💟
Sounds very tempting. And beef gelatin. That is what Keto Chow Core uses, I think. Your recipe might also taste good hot, warming one up each morning from the fridge. I think. An extra pot of course which Miriam doesn't favor, but I do have a dishwasher which needs its existence justified.
So you can do three at a time, and if you want only one you use the personal cup adapter. I just got a Vitamix so I am on the learning curve. I've already made vegetable soup with chicken broth. Today or tomorrow, I will add some savory keto chow to it (I had half bags of tomato and beef and chicken, so I combined them because I needed the cupboard space.) The mixup takes herbs and spices nicely. Garlic, onion powder if no real onions handy, cayenne and ginger for some kick.
Hey guys! I use a scale to divide by weight not volume. I also do other things but our experience is clearly the same. Loving life! Chowing with Keto Chow!
How many calories and carbs is in each shake that you made? Also does it taste better with butter or heavy cream? I’m just starting keto and don’t want to over do it on my carbs. Also is that unsalted butter?
Welcome! We would recommend trying Keto Chow with Heavy Cream and Butter to decide which you like best. You can find all of our Nutrition information here: www.ketochow.xyz/nutrition/
When using butter does ALL the water added need to be warm? Looks as though Chris is adding all water to 64 oz with warm water. Miriam's could be combo warm then tepid?
So i am making EggNog,(THE BEST). I wish i knew how much butter to add. Any advice would be great I can't tellif Miriam is using a stick of butter per scoop???
One of the best things about Keto Chow is that you can customize it to fit your personal calorie needs. You can use our fat calculator (info.ketochow.xyz/prepare) to get a customized recommendation based on your calorie needs and what kind of fat you prefer to use. Most of our customer will use around 4 Tbsp of butter per shake.
If you are drinking it to stay low carb, probably not. BUT... if you are wanting to add it for added nutritional value, maybe give it a try. It would probably be delicious.
I'm with you Miriam! Fewer dishes for the win!
Yes!!
Drinking lemon meringue right now yummy 😋 and strawberry ice cream on the menu for dinner

That is correct
I would LOVE to be the winner of one of the ice cream makers ! Yum
Which vitamix is this? Which do you suggest?
Any Vitamix will be solid.
Adding some water to the container with the butter will keep it from spitting all over the microwave as well.
Thanks for the tip!
This video is making me crave keto chow ice cream so bad! 😋

Happy Keto Chow! 🥤❤️
Is collagen necessary? I have an autoimmune disease where my body makes too much collagen and more causes way more issues.
No, Collagen isn't necessary. I would definitely avoid it if it causes you health issues.

Hey I don't understand why did you made 12 shake bottles of keto chow. Does that mean we can make it for next 12 days ?
They last 6 days, and you can consume 1 to 3 a day.
is a 'full stick' equal to 1/2 of a Kerrygold BLOCK of butter?
Yes indeed
When using butter does ALL the water added need to be warm? Looks as though Chris is adding all water to 64 oz with warm water. Miriam's could be combo warm then tepid?
We would definitely recommend using warm water when using butter. This will prevent the butter from clumping.

What size are those plastic storage containers??
I believe they are the Better Homes and Gardens 11.5 Cup Flip-Tite Storage Containers, which will hold a bulk bag of Keto Chow very nicely.
Can you add kefir?
If you are drinking it to stay low carb, probably not. BUT... if you are wanting to add it for added nutritional value, maybe give it a try. It would probably be delicious.
