I have the nonstick one.. only used twice.. but the result was worst, the batter got stick to the base, and no matter how much oil we put beforehand it doesn't come out, i used to coock at very low flame as well but even after 15 mins it didn't came out well not a single appe..
Mr Akash I have cast iron pan, go with low flame and cover the lid for few mins once your pour the batter later wait few mins, I you observe on poured bater it will start to get released from on side of appe, then using kinfe or a sharp object rotate it, will rotating put the knife at the edge then it will easily rotate. Trick is our patience while cooking try it best of luck😊
Thanks for the review. I want to know while cooking appay do we need to cover with a lid or open pan cooking is fine. I've never prepared these but want to try. Yet to buy the pan, so your suggestion would be helpful.

Recently I have purchased the cast iron one from Amazon for ₹1100 and am quite happy. I cook in induction and it goes well with it. The non stick ones cat be used in induction, only for gas stove, it's ok, isn't it?
